I had my nails off their and she cut down to far when ur not meant to that all and rip all my nail and it was bedding I was in lot pain . And she rip all my nail off try supper glue it together I didn't even apology for her mistake and she doesn't know cut off at cut acrylic off at all and I was in lot pain and I wasn't happy with poor serves she nail clipper she could see my natural under neath and still clip all my bed off and also only her flies and drile and didn't nail treatment for damaging my nails and also did not soak them in warm water and pure acetone acrylic and also extremely rude and also didn't even apology and i still paid not happy serves and I will now sticking my regal shop somewhere else and im absolutely tamping not happy serves and I ask where pay she very rude as well

No words can describe how bad this nails salon is I will never be returning to this terrible nail salon they staff aren’t even friendly and very rude didn’t even listen to what I said showed them a inspo photo and told them the colour I wanted and they did a total different colour they are absolutely terrible and I will not be returning save you’re money and go somewhere else nothing but a waste of money

i needed a rescue as my nails were in a bad state from where i removed my old BIAB so i will put my hands up there but this place did a really poor job on my nails i had biab and colour but the paint is streaky and they have missed the top corners of my nails. i paid £35 for them, the attitude on the guy that did them was also poor, he did 1 layer of the colour and asked me if i like it so i said im not sure as i couldn't tell with a thin layer what do you think, and he said i think its too late and carried on (why bother asking) won't be returning!

I've been to this place twice, the first time I went I felt super uncomfortable, they don't make you feel welcome in the place, the girl who helped me had a very bad attitude, but I thought at the moment that maybe she's tired and that anyone can have a bad day (it's not like that, it's the attitude of the staff at that place) the first time after that I didn't go back until a couple of days ago because in my usual salon there was no space for me, I went to have something simple done and well, on my hands I have natural nails I just wanted them to paint them with permanent polish and a design, when they removed the polish, they did a little damage because to remove it they only used a roller, the man started to paint and it was balls, and the polish was applied terribly, because there were small bumps, the next day the polish fell off 😂😂😂😂 I mean they cost 27 pounds and it didn't last a day, I asked for my nails to be painted with color for my feet, something super simple and a full pedicure 🙃🙃, on my feet I had acrylic nails on all of them, I suggested that they take it off and put it back on, the man told me that it was not necessary, that they were just going to roll on it and paint, that I could continue using the same acrylic that he had already had, because the nails on my little toe fell off 😂😂😂 when I put on my shoe, plus I wanted black nails and he told me to choose another colour because they didn't make that colour 😅 (that's just a comment, because I really didn't care to choose another colour) well the thing is they charged me 45 pounds for that, anyway 72 pounds down the drain, I don't recommend anything the place everything is bad
