The beauty section in superdrug is an amazing addition. All of the girls there work so hard but always with a smile on their faces. A big shout out to the Hairdresser Kelly she is fantastic. I suffer with alopecia but has gotten better. She recommended a style thay would suit and make my hair look thicker on top where I have the patches of less hair. She is one of the best hairdresser I have had over the years. I recommend the hair wash as she gives the best massage while washing lol. The style she recommended today was spot on. I walked out with a whole new hair style and feeling less embarrassed of my thinning hair. Look forward to going back. Enjoy your weekend off you deserve it.

I had an absolutely awful shopping experience. I was kept waiting for ages with no check‑ins or updates. When I finally received service, the staff simply pointed at the item. I explained that I was looking for something specific, but they couldn’t be bothered to explain anything properly or communicate in a polite, helpful way.

I completely understand how busy retail can be, but the lack of conversation, effort, and basic courtesy was really disappointing. Overall, it wasn’t a nice experience.

Awful place staff are so rude throughout the store. Today I went to have my nails done. First and last time, staff are more interested in doing their own nails than helping the customers that wanted their nails done.

This particular Superdrug is large and well stocked. It has a large variety of products and I can usually find what I need. Never too busy and decent prices.

Went there today , two young girls on till, both had attitude, I said please and thank you, they never even replied, told me how much I owed and that was it, worse customer service ever unfortunately, wouldn't go there again 23rd December 2025

I was served by a lovely lady, I think her name was Caitlin, she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in the perfume department despite coming in 20min before closing.

I rarely shop at supper drug for one reason and that is the women employee with blonde hair and glasses that works the till the first experience we had encounter was when we signed up for the super drug card the first time we spent 20 minutes putting in our email and phone number not to even mention she was arrogant and ignorant rolling her eyes and when the next times we came to the shop we tried scanning it and didn’t even work wow what a waste of time that was.
The second encounter was today shopping with my Nan at 19:00 she asked if we wanted to sign up so we said will it take long and she said no but you need your phone number and email so I got it ready and she got the card and I was telling my email and she abruptly and so rude said you need to be 14 and over now me standing at 5’5 and 16 !!! Said no I am sixteen and she said got any ID and my Nan said she is sixteen and she went oh well you got to get ID WHAT A JOBSWORTH LIKE WHY WOULD I BE CARRYING AROUND ID LIKE NO YOU CAN SHOVE THE CARD WHERE THE SUN DONT SHINE CUZ ITS ONLY A WASTE OF TIME ANYWAY AND NOT TO MENTION YOU RUDE AND ARROGONT AND HARD WORK

Not a good service from start to finish. Had 3 different nail technicians was there for more than 2 1/2 hours for a set of biab nails done, when the 3rd nail technician finally putting the biab on my nails she was rushing it as she need to get her hair dried after have a colour done.

The 2nd & 3rd photos was how my nail look after 5 days
I went back to the shop where members of staff was talking and ignored me with no sorry won’t be a minute, ect ect, when the manager come to talk to me I explained that one of my nails has and you left my nail like this she told me that nail have a 3 day window in case anything goes wrong and said she will repair it on this occasion. The salon was empty the could have repair/replace it then but no I have to go back 4 hours later.
Not a happy customer.

Nice experience at the nail bar, who fitted me in at short notice.

Gel Polish didn't last more than 4 days, before it chipped in a few places, lifted from a couple of nails, which was disappointing and seems like an inferior product compared to my usual nail salon.
