It was my first time ...l went to get a pedicure and manicure.l have a question....What services are included in pedicure and manicure? Pedicure they did everything okay but didn't cut the nails. Manicure they didn't remove the cuticles and l came back with some nail polish on my fingers. I'm very disappointed...l paid for an incomplete service.

Always had amazing experience here but today I felt deflated, I was there before 2 other ladies who didn’t have appointments and the 2 ladies was dealt with before myself, then when I attended to, she took acrylic off then she went off to someone else and again I was sat there waiting! The bloke who done my nails then, I’m not sure of name (defiantly not Tony) was awful in my opinion! He appeared annoyed because I couldn’t relax my hands which I find difficult to do! When I paid I give a tip and had no thank you off him! Very sad as Tony is amazing but today I found his staff very abrupt! But he did do my nails lovely to be fair!

First time doing my nails in the UK
I was a bit sceptical because I read a few bad reviews but I took my chances and I don't regret at all
Everything went smooth I waited for 20 minutes to start no bad at all.
Everyone were so lovely, funny and very friendly. I felt very welcoming in this beautiful environment
The person who did my nails was very gentle careful and dedicated he did a perfect job with my nails.
It took 45 minutes so he was very quick
I forgot to take cash. Glad there are many cashing machines around the area
Highly recommend this place
Definitely I will back.
Thank you very much for my nails
