I love going to get my nails done at body and Sol. It’s a very friendly salon and you are always made to feel welcome, sometimes it becomes a group chat in there which I think is lovely. Everyone that works there is so friendly, professional and are brilliant at their roles. Georgia does my nails and it’s always fun and laughter, I have had other girls do my nails and they are just the same. Lovely people, lovely experience all round. Would highly recommend

For me personally, this salon is a little haven each time I visit. You walk through the door feeling in need of a little pampering .. they do their magic either with skincare, nails, hair (I’ve had it all) and within an hour or so you walk out feeling 100% yourself again. I’m in my 60’s and am made to feel as special and welcome as a youngster.. I’ve been going there for years.. It’s like catching up with family..I love the place.

I have been going to Body and Sol as long as I can remember and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The girls are kind, welcoming and always go the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you want before you leave. Would highly recommend !

My nails always come out looking 10/10 and after so many fail attempts at keeping the gel on my nails we have finally came up with a solution that has worked and my nail have lasted😊

I also get my hair done here now too and again the team are so lovely and make me feel so welcome and I get listened to as well.

I visited this hair salon today as a first time customer. My hair had turned a bit copper as my previous color faded, which wasn’t the look I wanted. I discussed this with the team and explained that I wanted a color lighter than my natural hair (which is black), ideally an ashy brown not too dark and not too bright, as I feel very bright colors can look a bit tacky on my skin tone.
Kara did my hair and she’s incredibly talented. She achieved exactly the color I was hoping for, she also gave my hair a beautiful chop and blow dry, very friendly as well huge shoutout to her!
The salon was quite busy when I was there with both hair and nail treatments going on. From what I saw, the hairdressers and nail artists are very skilled. I would definitely recommend this place.
