I am gutted. I usually do my nails myself but thought I would treat myself the day before my birthday. The whole experience was painful, the handling was poor and really painful. I left with 5 of my nails bleeding which has never happened before anywhere else, they are so sore today. The nails are so thick, wonky, flooding onto my finger. I really feel as if he didn’t care at all as at the end he only filed one hand and didn’t brother with the other. I feel really quite upset by the experience.

Whenever I can have my nails done I go to this salon so I am quite sad to leave this review.
Due to my job and operating I cannot have nails on all the time and normally treat myself on a holiday or time off.
I went to have my gels removed and they were filed down and removed - but not strengthener was applied or anything. So I left with really painful red nails where they had been filed down, and weak nails where it is painful if they get caught on even clothing.
I am sad about this because when Iv been in the past it has been top service.

Went 4 times first twice lovely female nail tech. Last twice the guy couldn't do what I asked instead of saying this he attempted and failed . Last time nails peeled after 2 days. Blamed me and how I was putting hand in lamp. Redid 4 nails 4 days later another 3 different nails and 2 of the ones he redid totally peeled off. Queried if it was new colors they were using was sneered at. Will never book again. There is a brand new nail salon across road . With good competition so close you need to look after your customers not alienate them

Poor customer care and communication, people speaking in a foreign language. My nails were attended to by several different people in turns and not the nail technician I requested. No apology or regard for me as a customer.

First time using the nail bar, my honest review is ..... Fantastic warm welcoming from receptionist offering me a drink, I was getting inpatient waiting an hour after my appointment time to be seen, however i did give them a challenge as i didnt have my previous nails done at this bar i had them done at highbury and islington london, and I only got infills done at studio 1. What I didn't like was several people working on my nails, my personal preference is one person to start and complete the job this appeared a little unprofessional, I got the impression the boss lady knows what she is doing and regulars use her, dispite all this the first two gentlemen who worked on my nails was polite and friendly, and the young lady who completed my nails deserves full five stars, this is because she was very thorough, checked constantly that i was happy, made me feel comfortable and welcome and offered me a drink, I believe she went above and beyond, she was very professional and i was very happy with my finish nails. the price, i have to say was amazing unbeatable, recpectionist also checking i was happy before leaving and for this reason, I will most certainly think of using the nail bar again.

Had a lovely experience today so wanted to leave a little review.

I have been a few times before and always had lovely nails after, but they went the extra mile today to give me a flower on two nails, not something I would normally have but thrilled with the result. 🌸

I had a mani and pedi gels today and enjoyed the back massage chair and lovely feet treatment with a massage and hot towel after.

Overall and very relaxing and friendly place, plus makes a great cuppa tea. 😁

Great place have my nails done here all the time since moving here local... the woman who does my nails is lovely she has got to know me n what I like.. ppl always compliment me on how nice my nails look... go visit them

Only my second visit since moving to Gillingham .
A breath of fresh air,super friendly atmosphere both staff and customers.
Customer were greeted by name.
So nice to see this family interact ,laughing and friendly.
My nails are great ,I love them ❤️
,I was offered suggestions and they were helpful. Thank you ❤️
