Horrible service trying to get 50% out of me for cancellation trying to say I was a no show when her cancellation fee is 30% it’s disgusting

Owner Response:

I’m afraid you didn’t turn up twice to appointments which really affects the self employed staff at the nail bar as the spot could have been taken by someone else. And the girls obviously loose out on wages. We have a cancellation policy in place to help the ladies but you didn’t pay that anyway so not really sure why the 1 star review is left as also this is damaging to a small business and the self employed young ladies that work there. The services that we provide you are not reviewing at this time as you never had any treatments. I am asking you kindly as you haven’t paid for any fees to remove this review please. Many thanks
