The worst nail shop I have ever been to in Medway. Avoid at all costs. Went to this shop with my mum who is new to having her nails done, she enjoys the experience!
I had gel nails done in 20 minutes - take off and a redo. Didn’t have the colours I asked for, they hacked at my nails and hurt my nail bed on two fingers. Rushing!
I had them done, went outside in day light and I had a wonky nail, a nail 90% covered in gel, gel bubbled on my thumb, it was just a mess and the worst £25.
I went back in to ask for them to be taken off and the least they could provide was a load of excuses for use of their time - they didn’t seem to care about my time and expense!! Won’t be going up there again.

My mums nails were alright, a bit of bubble on a thumb, different lady painted them, but still it’s quite honestly the worst service and experience she has had.

I only came to have a removal of both hands and toes as I walked past and saw it was empty and didn’t fancy waiting for the other shop I’d normally go. The ladies were very friendly after I asked how much the removal was and they sat me down straight away. I thought the method of removal was different. The lady that removed my nails didn’t seem like she knew exactly what to do which was a bit of a red flag but I thought I’d follow though. She started cutting the outgrown acrylic off with nail clippers. This created some tension on my natural nails and caused a little discomfort, she was still on the same hand when the lady next to her showed her the correct cutting tool to use. Even still I’m used to just having my nails soaked or wrapped in foil for a while to remove the product so her cutting it like that first was interesting. I let her continue and her method of removal was soak for a few seconds then file and repeat alternating hands. At one point she used the end cornerof a nail tip to get the rest of the product off which I thought was strange but still let her continue. I did get a few bits of product flying in my eye and hair when she used the drill and then once she finished she put cream on my hands whilst I still had residue all over them so I decided to rinse them first. Then she went onto my feet. Which I thought she might soak in some hot water but that was fine that she didn’t because I was in a hurry but only had gel on my toes so she went straight in with the file but it felt really rushed as she didn’t even try to shape my toe nails after cutting it a weird way. This was a £20 treatment that didn’t need to be rushed because the shop was empty. However I realised 4 of my nails still has product on them and was not fully removed which was disappointing. I just didn’t understand why it was so rushed.

Id also say that the quality of the nails is also not great considering the cost. Overall, not an experience I’d want to repeat.

The staff are so friendly and really great people. But unfortunately when theyre busy they rush to get you in and out within 45 mins and the nails arent always the best. They end up really thick, lumpy.

Used to go to this salon but had a change as felt was too busy sometimes and liked to feel like I was being pampered. I realised that the grass isn't greener and went back today. Amazing job and Tina and the girls have a more relaxed and very friendly atmosphere with the three of them. Their friendship and laughter is lovely to see. Will be back! X

Cut my toenails way too short, didn't even ask if I wanted them cut shorter before he started, then asked after he was done if the length was okay, also filed them after they were painted and finished? Then I showered the next day and the nail polish came off! And now one of my toes is infected, went back and nicely explained my situation and was met with them instantly getting defensive and telling me nothing is wrong with my nails and that my toe wasn't infected, refused a refund and then kept trying to take pictures of my feet, extremely rude and creepy

Service is inconsistent. Gel overlays don’t last as there’s not much attention to details. Payment options are ridiculous. Sorry won’t be returning as my overlays lasted 2 days.
