Nails are a bad standard as they don’t seem to know how to do acrylic. A week after getting them done a nail has fallen off and I’ve had to paint the one nail. Also had to shape nails myself during the appointment as this was poorly done. Acrylic was strong beforehand and they decided the scrape it off with a nail file. Very unprofessional. They lied in the response to me previous review so I’ve reposted. It’s clear to see what’s happened.

We would like to clarify that the acrylic nails were not done at our salon but at another salon—only infills were provided, as confirmed at the time of your booking. During the appointment, we also informed you that the existing work done elsewhere was not strong enough.

We also understand that you repainted and reshaped the nails yourself afterward. In such cases, we kindly ask that you contact us first so we can assess and address any concerns directly related to our service.
