Absolute BEST salon in Medway for me. Owner Ritu and all the staff are the LOVELIEST people! Always go above and beyond for their clients. Always happy to accommodate me and even got my dad into getting his eyebrows trimmed 🤣 He secretly loves it 🤣 So professional and skilled. Perfect eyebrow threading and so quick and easy. Super affordable prices, loyalty card, lovely clean establishment. And if you're lucky, you'll meet Teddy!♡ Can't praise them enough!♡

It has been more than 2 years now that I go to this beauty salon and the service is amazing. They all take care of me like a princess and if there is any issue they will fix it for you. I strongly recommend I would not change place for the world. I have full trust in the owner and in her current colleagues for both body waxing and threading.

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get their eyebrows done. I had never felt comfortable in other places, but as soon as I walked in, I felt right at home. The ladies who run the shop are genuinely respectful and kind-hearted, which made me feel at ease during my visit.
Upon entering the shop, you are warmly greeted with a smile and a friendly hello, which is a lovely touch. In my experience, many places only focus on one thing: making money. However, this shop stands out. They take the time to ensure that each client feels 100% comfortable and satisfied with the services provided.

The waxing turned out quite bad. They missed various spots and weren't able to wax properly, leaving broken hair on most of the areas. Go to Rose Beauty Bar right across the station, they did a much better wax in my previous visit.
