Very poor experience, I’ve been doing my nails for years and never had such service. I walked in the shop and saw one lady (Middle Aged reddish hair) doing a customers nails, she was unfriendly and looked at me like I was lost.

I asked for a full set with shellac and shellac on my toes this was 1hr 30 mins to their closing time.

The lady said she would be done in 5 minutes with her customer, but still told me she can only do one of what I’ve asked for. I thought it was strange but decided to do my toes a simple reshape and paint. I had even grew out my toe nails so it would be easier for her to get the normal square top shape.

To my surprise she fumbled the shape and then painted my nail to look like an upside down flare.

I felt like I needed to teach the lady how to do her own job. Of course she pretended she didn’t understand but, somehow understood to tell me the issue were my nails🤦‍♀️ In the end I ended the appointment after she cut and mis filed my nails into an ugly shape. I left without my nails done, Don’t waste your time!

If I could give zero stars I would, I got my feet and hands done, but did not get a pedicure as I have been told that I do not need it. A few days after doing my feet, it started pealing all over the sole of my feet. I researched it and it means their tools are not sterile. Do not recommend, theres so many other nail salons on the high street.

Went in to get my infills. There are four nail technicians here, 2 men and 2 ladies. Both ladies are very good with one of the guys super efficient and is very interactive with the customer. I gave them a style I wanted them to replicate which they managed to do and also be creative with the other nails which were not included in the style chosen. They are also reasonably priced

The WORST experience ever!! The red haired young lady made me cry. This is all because I didn’t know the difference between gel and acrylic, she made me feel dumb for asking and the whole time she scoffed at me, slammed and threw stuff on the floor. Made me feel like such an inconvenience even though I apologised multiple times for even asking. Kept changing the price and then made me pay more than the website said which I showed her. Horrible experience. Doesn’t take much just to be kind. Do not recommend. Poor work, I literally just came back home and this looks like I’ve painted my nails my self!

If I could give Zero star I would cause they aren’t even worth one. They can be very rude and unfriendly to people of colour. Especially the ower. Seems kinda racist to me. They only want your money. I stopped going in there few months ago. They pick and choose who they’re friendly with. All customers should be treated equally. So SHAME ON YOU ALL!!

They don’t even have good selection of glitter nail polish, neither do they do great designs. just the basic. They’ll gossip about how long you want your nails done (length wise!). Very bad customer services and I think they all need to go learn how to treat customers nicely.

There’re better salons around and I gladly pay the extra ££ to get my acrylics done nicer.

I told them what nails I wanted and they agreed but before I could sit down a staff member suddenly said we are fully booked this left me confused even some of the customers looked at me. They told me to come another time I left but I knew what was going on. I was refused service because I was black and this has happened to me several times in nail salons do not go to this place.

I wouldn’t be going back here. They cut into my skin and left me bleeding whilst attending other customers. Didn’t offer no discount or anything to compensate. Nails look bulky and thick. It’s a shame as I did enjoy my experience the first time but I won’t be returning after todays experience.
