Terrible service my appointment been cancelled twice before but when I booked the facial with Maleki she performed it with 0 professional manner and she CLEANED nothing from my face extremely unprofessional and at high cost wish I wouldn't go dont recommend her services as there is nothing called a "service" she seemed more interested in my own personal life kept asking questions instead of doing her job properly change your career pls. No point.

Went in for a Hollywood which was bit nervous about as I'm no good with pain! Maleki uses this other type of wax which is way quicker and less painful. Maleki made me feel very comfortable, will be going back again!

I had my Hollywood done there and the waxing service was quick and the results were excellent. The salon was clean and hygienic, which is always reassuring. I left feeling satisfied and will definitely be returning ☺️. Highly recommended!

Booked a spray tan here for my wedding when the other salon I had booked with cancelled last minute! Really professional, my tan looked amazing on the day and in pics and lasted a whole week. Highly recommend and thank you so much! Also shout out to the really kind lady in James & Peter who helped calm a very distressed me after the last salon cancelled. Thank you!

Worst Hollywood wax I’ve ever had! Advertised as hot wax but she used strip wax and falsely claimed that it’s just as good on that area. She did it in a very painful and chaotic way and left me with so many patches it almost looks like a Brazilian! She blamed it on the length but I’ve had a wax at this length multiple times with no issue. Plus hot wax is suppose to be effective on shorter hair but she didn’t use that even though it’s recommended for intimate areas. Don’t go here!

I booked an appt via treatwell and struggled to find the place as I am new to the area. The lady on the line kept saying she had waited around for me, i called prior to my appt so I found this quite frustrating. The appt then went down as missed after I was told not to bother! Fyi not all your customers will be regulars and know where you are!

I have been a regular customer at Rose Beauty Salon for years now, and have made the 30 minute drive into Manchester from out of town just because I always know I can expect a top quality service. I have numerous regular treatments including Hollywood wax, microdermabrasion facial and eyebrow I can honestly say that every experience I've had has been perfect - top quality, discreet, professional and friendly service :)
