Thank you for the lovely review!! 🥰
I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 PM, but I wasn’t taken until 3:54, which already set a frustrating tone. The salon itself did not feel clean or professional, which made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, the quality of the nails was just as disappointing — they came out extremely uneven and messy, nothing like what I expected. Overall, I’m very unhappy with the service and would not recommend this place to anyone.
Ella was great my nails look amazing !
Terrible service, very bulky nails and rude lady
Hello, not sure if you reviewed the correct salon as we've not any anyone booked with this name. If you could reach out to us on Facebook or Instagram, we would like to rectify this. Thank you.
If I could give this salon 0 stars I would do. I have never had such a terrible experience from such an incompetent, unprofessional, unskilled and careless salon. I went in for new nails and I had two remaining acrylics on from a previous set which I was happy to have infilled however the lady insisted she would remove them for new ones. The lady grabbed my hand aggressively and forcefully put a drill going 100mph on my pinky nail with no care or thought at all and left it there last long that it took my entire natural nail off to which I screamed because it was that painful and blood everywhere. Nobody batted an eye so I assume this is normal practice for them if they are so unconcerned by this happening, I started crying as I was in that much pain and the lady didn’t even apologise just gave me a plaster and I left as I was that upset. Horrendous experience from a place that uses cheap material, has untrained careless staff who are only bothered about getting people in and out as quick as possible to charge them a ridiculous amount for the poor services. I would not recommend them at all and highly advocate you don’t go at all. Incompetent, untrained and rude. I will never ever go back. What shocked me the most was the complete lack of care afterwards. There was no apology, no real concern, and no proper response to the injury. I was handed a plaster and left feeling distressed and extremely upset and in pain
We feel that parts of this review may have been exaggerated, and we would like to clarify what happened during your appointment.
When you arrived at the salon, only two acrylic nails remained, and both were significantly lifted. As our technician began filing the lifted product, it detached quickly due to the level of lifting. At that moment, as a natural reflex, you pulled your hand away, which unfortunately resulted in a small cut from the electric file.
Our technician immediately apologised for the accident, applied antiseptic to the area (advising that it may sting), and provided a plaster. Your safety and wellbeing are always our priority.
As eight nails had already come off prior to your visit, we advised removing the remaining two and starting with a fresh set. Infilling heavily lifted nails would not have been advisable, as they were unlikely to last and would not have met our professional standards.
We regret that this minor accident occurred and apologies again.
Came to get my nails done on New Year’s Eve, have no problem waiting for my turn as I understand it will be busy during holidays. Lady that did my nails started off ok, but keep complaining that I wasn’t relaxing my hand even though I was. Wasnt too fussed after nails been done really quickly as there was a queue. However, nail quality was shocking. I did an infill and cateye design, third day into my nails and they started cracking and breaking off. Middle finger was swollen and snapped in half. I was horrified, has to go somewhere and get it removed and rested before having it redone. Never happened to me ever I’ve been doing my nails for a few years.
First few photos are progress of them breaking off, last video is when I first had them done.
Hi hun, thank you for the video and the photos. I’m sorry to hear that you felt uncomfortable when being asked to relax, but please be assured this is very normal during any nail treatment and can happen to anyone.
Regarding the nails, if there had been an issue as mentioned—such as one nail breaking after three days—you could have contacted us straight away and we would have been happy to repair it for you.
This was your first visit with us, and we were infilling work done by another technician. As we are unaware of how many infills had previously been done, this can affect the strength and longevity of the nails. From the photos you sent, there appears to be a couple of weeks of growth, which would indicate that maintenance was already due. The images also suggest that the tip has snapped, which can happen when a new set is required.
Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss this further.
Have visited a few times now, but have to leave feedback as I feel it would improve the overall salon experience. This comes from someone who often does not have the means to get their nails done, so it’s always an exciting opportunity for me.
Usually, the nails are done to a high standard, and the nail techs do a very thorough job. They are very fast. The man with the man bun is really lovely. However, every time I have visited with the intention to get a design, I feel pressured into just getting one colour as it’s less work to do / quicker. Some staff aren’t very enthusiastic about what you want doing, and I always felt awkward asking for something I really wanted whether that be design/shape. I have also enquired about designs in the past and discussed the service beforehand, and when I turn up I’ve had to explain the whole design again. The last 3 times I have visited, I’ve shown a reference photo and the result has been noticeably different, which is so disappointing. I will be going to a solo nail tech that enjoys doing designs in the future. Just needs a more personal touch.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback — we genuinely appreciate it.
We’re very sorry to hear that your experiences with designs haven’t met your expectations. Feeling rushed or uncomfortable when asking for what you want is never the experience we aim to provide.
When booking an appointment, the nail technician is informed of the service selected. If a client books for a single colour, the appointment is scheduled accordingly. If a design is booked, sufficient time is allocated for that service, and there is absolutely no intention to rush anyone into choosing a simpler option.
While designs may be discussed in advance via messages, we always confirm the details again during the appointment — including colours, placement, and order of the design — to avoid any misunderstandings. This step is important to ensure both the client and technician are fully aligned before starting.
Regarding the last three visits where you felt the final result differed noticeably from the reference, we were not made aware of any concerns at the time. We always check with our clients during and after the appointment to ensure everything is okay, so we can make adjustments if needed.
That said, we’re sorry if at any point it felt otherwise. Our aim is always to provide the service booked and ensure clients feel comfortable, listened to, and confident in their choices. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work on clear communication so expectations are met during every appointment.
I have been a client of this salon for many years. Although I always disliked that the place was not very clean, I continued returning because I was generally happy with how my nails were done.
However, during my last visit about four months ago, the staff were unexpectedly rude. After being loyal to the salon for 6–7 years, I was disappointed and felt that my loyalty was not appreciated. Because of that experience, I left a negative review — not out of anger, but with the hope that the feedback would be taken constructively and used to improve their service.
Unfortunately, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the salon chose to react by cancelling my future appointment. Four months after the initial review, I attempted to book again, and although my booking was accepted, I received a message the next day stating that they would no longer take me as a client because of the review I had left.
I find this response extremely unprofessional. A reputable business should be willing to acknowledge feedback, address concerns, and value long-term customers — not penalize them for sharing an honest experience.
We would like to thank you for being a client with us over the years. We value open communication, and we always encourage clients to speak with us directly.
Given your last visit and the review you shared afterward, no concerns were raised during your appointment, and we were not made aware of any issues regarding the service or interactions with our staff. Had we known at the time, we would have genuinely welcomed the opportunity to address and resolve the matter directly, especially given our longstanding relationship.
Considering the circumstances, and to avoid any potential discomfort or awkwardness for either party, we made the decision to cancel your rebooked appointment. We felt it would be best to step back, as it seems we may not have been the right fit for your expectations at this time.
We sincerely wish you all the best and hope you find a salon where you feel completely comfortable and confident in your experience.
Awful , nail aesthetician was rude and they keep talking their language in between also been ask to pay cash only and also go get cash , I would even do the if they wouldn’t be so rude also shop is not clean and full of dust all over 1 star
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. What you’ve described is not the standard of service or cleanliness we strive to maintain. We take your feedback seriously and will address these concerns with our team immediately.
I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for over a year and have regularly recommended it to friends and family, so I’m really disappointed to be writing this review.
At my recent appointment, I was suddenly told halfway through that there would be two additional charges — one for nail length and one for chrome. These extra fees were never mentioned upfront, either when booking or at the start of the service. The only reason the chrome charge came up at all was because another staff member interrupted my appointment. If she hadn’t, I would have left completely unaware that I’d been charged extra.
This was especially frustrating because I’ve had the exact same length and design many times before without ever paying these additional fees. I even provided photo evidence to show this.
When I raised my concerns politely, staff began discussing it in another language in front of me, which felt dismissive and uncomfortable. The manager then told me that I should have been charged in the past and that it was “not their problem” if I hadn’t been. She also claimed I “should have known” about the charges — which is unreasonable given that they’ve never been mentioned before.
It felt like the manager was more interested in arguing than resolving the issue, continuing even after I said I would pay the extra fees but wanted to express my dissatisfaction. The way she handled the situation resulted in me leaving without the complete service I had clearly explained at the start of my appointment — and without the nails I wanted for my birthday weekend.
I followed up with a written complaint, explaining everything clearly and calmly. Their response was defensive, included an unprofessional remark about me “treating them like a charity,” and offered no apology, resolution, or rectification. I replied again to clarify my position and provide further detail — but since then, I’ve received no reply at all.
As a long-standing, paying customer who has consistently supported and recommended this business, I’m incredibly disappointed by both the way this situation was handled and the lack of care shown afterwards. Clear, upfront communication about pricing should be standard practice, and loyal customers deserve to have their concerns taken seriously — unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here.
Thank you for your message. We’d like to clarify the charges from your recent appointment to avoid any misunderstanding.
* Length: Today you had a brand new set. The nail technician cut the tips to your requested length, which carries an extra £5 charge. He explained this at the time of cutting. We understand that, to you, the difference may not seem significant compared with your previous sets. However, with infills, the length gradually builds up, that’s why your previous sets were longer than today.
* Colour: You mentioned you usually choose the same colour, but today’s choice was slightly different. In the past, you selected a transparent chrome applied over powder D3. This time, you requested a vibrant pink chrome with colour powder underneath instead of the standard clear base. Because this different material are used, therefore there was an extra £5 charge.
We apologise if there was any confusion. English is not our staff’s first language, which is why they sometimes clarify details with the manager in their own language first. Our price list online shows the baseline prices, and any extras are explained during the appointment—not added at the end without notice being dodgy about it.
We understand your frustration and are sorry you felt dissatisfied. However, we do try our best to be transparent with pricing and communicate any changes as they happen. We value your loyalty and appreciate the support, but you have paid for services you have received over the years and not giving us money as you said earlier like we are charity.

Happy with my French gel.
