My daughter had come here quite a few times to get her nails done and she's always been happy with them, however today she went in with a picture of what she wanted, got told the price and continued to get them done the shop was very busy and the man that usually does them was rushing between other clients and not really paying much attention the colour was wrong, he told her he couldn't do 3D flowers and left nail polish all round her fingers, my point is she was told these could be done and Wright at the end disappointed with the outcome I paid £45 for these went back to complain but this was pointless as trying to explain was difficult because of the language barrier got told to complain to manager who was nowhere to be seen, sorry to say but she will not be going back lost a loyal and valued customer just for Tring to get through as many people as possible with no consideration to their needs

I unfortunately won’t be returning. The staff that did my nails was rude and heavy handed, and was frustrated when I didn’t understand what he was asking. I also feel like it’s very expensive as I just got gel on natural nails with no design and it was £38. I like the nails however I’m put off by the poor customer service

This is what was made with my nails today. Absolutely don’t understand how unprofessional people can work there plus almost none of them knew english.
I asked to change one of my nails cover, yes, she did it but it looked even worse after that. 25 pounds for 1.30 wasted time and money.
