I asked for builder gel but they have put acrylics nails on and I told them I wanted builder gel they did not listen to me so I won’t be going back they and also they have made my nails and cuticles really sore

Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience for me. After getting my nails done here, I ended up with painful nail infections. I’ve been to many other clinics and have never experienced anything like this before. The pain and discomfort is horrible.

Waited an hour (xmas week) Fri to get gel nails, 2 chipped by Sat evening, went back Sunday and was told I'd have to wait in the que (long as still xmas week) was only 2 repairs-caused because they weren't done properly the first time. They are rushing because they are busy and not doing proper job.

I got my nails done from these years ago too, but I moved and recently came back to Bury and came to this nail shop (happy nails). I got my nails done few weeks ago and they chipped easily. Today I went in to get acrylics removed but the staff seemed rude. First of all a lady with glasses tried to use something on my nails probably a nail file (I don’t know what it’s called). But it was hot and I told her. Then she moved onto someone else and she got someone else to remove the acrylics (this was a guy) but he started pointing at my nails and showing her, they was talking in Chinese and laughing. I don’t understand why. But I felt uncomfortable and I wouldn’t recommend them. I’ve been to other nail shops and not experienced this so I won’t be returning they’re also overpriced as well.

Truly the best of the best, I always leave with what I wanted and more!
Never fails to impress me, I’ve been going for many years now and wouldn’t change for anyone! Everyone is super nice and welcoming, always gives the best advice for your nails, and I can always discuss what I want on each nail. Highly recommend if you want beautiful designs and nails that honestly stay on for a month.

Been coming here for about 3 years now and I won’t go anywhere else! Quality of acrylic nails are amazing and always last so long. Designs are always what I ask for, even when sometimes they are a bit extravagant! Always love getting a pedicure too. 10/10 ⭐

Depends who does nails 💅 my experience bad, first time, young lady did them, was really good, second time few weeks later, opposite, they came off after few days, went back, same again. They hardly speak to you, don't understand when you do. All rush, no professionalism at all.

poorly treated. overpriced. i’ve been a regular for over 2 years now and have always loved how thin and perfect my nails are. however, i went in for an infill and asked for plain colour, the photo i showed had a design on but i specified over 8 times!! she proceeded to do the design regardless of me saying no and explaining i just wanted plain. then she tried to charge me £40!!!! for an infill, i told her that’s insane and an infill is 20! she argued with me but i asked another staff member who said 32, i decided to leave and paid the 32 as there was no point arguing. 2 days in half the paint has chipped off! i won’t be returning

needed infills so thought I pop into here well as soon as I sat down and said I had my nails done elsewhere and wanted glitter infills they spoke Chinese told me they didn't have the same glitter it was white so I chose a light pink the end result looked like ombre but you could see the infills was pink and the rest white glitter from the other salon was told it be 25 but was charged 32 pounds when queried she said because I had a different colour even though they said they didn't have the same sick of them speaking chinese well they cant translate glitter to Chinese so I knew they were discussing it will not be returning so left with different lengths 2 cuts even though a lady next to me was charged 30 for a full set they make the prices up talk about you in Chinese and heavy handed definitely will not return!

Heavily damage your nails when removing the acrylic. I asked for soak off and they put my nails in neat acetone then proceeded to use the electric file anyway 😆. Now my nails are paper thin and they haven't even removed all the acrylic.

i came in for a pedicure and it said £28 pound per person i did not ask for spa with it it was just me and my mum so it should have came up to £56 whilst he was doing my toes he cut me and i was bleeding and then it came out to £76 and when i mentioned it was only meant to be £56 he ignored me and waited for me to pay i would not recommend at all especially for what i got and the price i paid
