It’s been a year with this salon and always providing good hair and skin treatment and suggestion. Shiva always dealt with me as visited for skin care, she suggested micro needling, hydra facial and some effective injectable vitamins.
I went for micro needling and vitamin C it’s effective for my skin condition as I have dark spot and hyperpigmentation.
Good services and impressive results. I prefer as it’s local to me and they always offer good prices for me.

I visited this salon a few months ago for a hair botox treatment, but unfortunately, I was completely dissatisfied with the results. My hair didn’t show any improvement at all. When I expressed my disappointment to Roya, she responded very unprofessionally and rudely, which made me decide never to return to this salon.
Sadly, the management also lacked professionalism and didn’t even bother to ask why I was unhappy. I wish businesses would understand the importance of customer satisfaction, especially when we are paying a significant amount for a service.I never back to this salon & would never recommend this place to anyone 👎🏼

Yes, during my first visit, your staff were kind and used good-quality products, which built my trust. Unfortunately, when I returned, I noticed that low-quality products were used, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was met with very rude and inappropriate behavior.
To be honest, I wasn’t too surprised, as many friends in Manchester had already warned me about the weak service and poor management — but I chose to trust you anyway.
It no longer matters, but I felt it was important to share my honest experience.

I can’t thank nasim enough for doing my hair. I was so confused with how I wanted it done.. and with a wedding coming up it was essential that it looked nice. She did such a wonderful job . I was shocked to see how amazing my hair looked, and I still can’t stop smiling everytime I look in the mirror.. and it was all because I trusted nasim and left it to her to decide what will look best. Before going for my hair dye, I was very nervous and hesitant. I don’t usually dye my hair so I have no clue what would suit me or not. Nasim clocked in my fear and she just asked me to trust her and she knew what would suit me. This talented and confident woman gave me a makeover that was absolutely stunning 😍🥰. Not that I couldn’t take my eyes off myself ever since but the compliments I have been getting on my hair is heartwarming. I am so glad I have listened to her and blindly trusted in her talent. She knows what she is doing and she knows her client wouldn’t leave upset. She also suggested me to give a little tint to my eyebrow to complement my hair colour and I think it was the best decision.
Nasim thank you so much for looking after me and for being such a beautiful soul.
Absolutely recommend her and recommend the salon. The pictures might not give justice but it’s absolutely stunning 🤩

Yesterday was my first ever visit to this salon and I would definitely recommend them. I had my eyebrows microbladed after they had faded ( 6yrs since they had been done). All the staff I met were friendly and welcoming as were the 2 clients present :). I love my new eyebrows, they are the best I have ever had done and many people have complimented me on how good they look. So thank you ladies and I look forward to my top up appointment 😊.
