I’m a customer of Nail club for a few years now.

I can only visit 2-3 times a year due to my extremely thin nails.

It has been a while after my last visit because I’ve done my nail elsewhere on Christmas.

I went there to take off my nail this morning.

After they’ve done my nail, I went to the counter to pay.

The staff asked me if I have cash, and it was £12.

I told them I don’t, and I said, I can pay contactless or bank transfer.

He said, if I pay by card, I need to pay £14 instead £12.

I told him, I can do bank transfer, because they used to do bank transfer if customer has no cash.

He said they don’t do bank transfer, and I told him, I used to do it.

It got into an argument with another lady staff I’ve never seed.

She said they never did bank transfer.

I told her they did, before you’re here.

There were a few customers, they picked a fight on me, saying, it’s a small business, that’s how they cover card payments fees.

I refuse to pay £2 more pounds because it’s my right.

I can buy a homeless person a meal time to time, but not this.

If they want to avoid tax or if they don’t want to pay the card payments fees, they shouldn’t have opened a business.

You cannot force customers to pay your business fees or whatsoever.

It’s not about the £2.

Surely people with an IQ over 75 would understand what I’m trying to say.

Don’t go there.

They ask you to pay £2 more when you pay by card if you don’t have cash on you.

It’s freezing cold, like you sitting outside,

They let you soak on strong acetone for more than 30 minutes, because they need to back and forth between customers.

I wound never set my foot there again.
