I gave this a five star rating purely because the pedicure I received was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. Savi did a great job on my toes and I was very happy with the service I received.

However, the same can’t be said for my manicure. I opted for ordinary nail varnish because when I asked the manicurist told me that the Gel would take longer and I didn’t want to be in there too much long. The manicure took at least 90 minutes and the drying seem to take forever. This may have been because the manicurist was doing customers eyebrows in between my manicure. My cuticles weren’t great (see photo) and the varnish wasn’t much better either. I really didn’t want to complain at the time because the manicurist was heavily pregnant, her hand tremble a bit when she was applying the varnish and I didn’t want to make her feel uncomfortable but I did think it was worse pointing out on here my positive and negative experience.

Zofia was my stylist and before she had even touched my hair, she made sure she knew exactly what I wanted by asking me many questions before starting the process.

First time at this salon and the experience was really positive. Staff are polite and friendly. Venue is clean and professional. Facial with Ash was incredible - Ash was thorough, considerate and clearly well versed in her skills. Could have stayed for longer!! Great, thank you

I had such a great experience with my facial waxing and eyebrow shaping today! Raman was incredibly professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. My eyebrows look perfectly shaped, and the waxing was clean with minimal discomfort. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the friendly atmosphere. I had the Momoko hair straightening treatment done by Hema and I’m really happy with the results. I was a bit unsure at first as I have thick, virgin 4C hair, but Hema was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The free consultation and strand test made the whole process feel much more reassuring.

My hair feels softer, looks healthy, and is much easier to manage now 🩷 The pricing was also reasonable for the quality of service.

Overall, a great experience this place is a bit of a hidden gem and definitely somewhere I’d recommend for a range of beauty treatments. I’ll definitely be returning

Savi was amazing! She saved my two broken nails with such delicacy, and has turned me into a permanent customer for all my beauty needs. I had all my waxing, nails and hair done from here cannot wait for the next pamper session.
