I had a bad experience on my last visit to this salon, I was really disappointed on her cutting she changed £75 her cutting was rubbish, even she didn’t washed my hair, I did it at home, after the cut she curled my hair so I didn’t see how the cut was.The next day, I washed my hair and I checked the layers weren’t styled the way I asked. She really messed up, my worries she charged that much money for this rubbish cut, all the time she asked you need to book an appointment in advance. She always acts like she is busy but in reality there are only one or two clients.
Another thing I would like to bring up is that she told me to cancel my appointment as I am affecting her business. At the end of the day, she is the one that is causing the downfall of her business by being rude to her customers and not meeting customer needs.

Rude street talk language. You claim your a professional. I PAID MY DEPOSIT FOR A TIME SLOT & YOU CHOSEN TO GIVE MY APPOINTMENT TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO IS PAYING YOU MORE. How dare you! My 3 year old is very upset. Greedy woman you let us down. you know it was for a wedding. Bad luck to you! I dont understand why you was so rude for no reason. If you had face mask on someones face then its unprofessional to answer your phone in the first place. You need to have an automated message to say "text only". You talking to customers like they your younger brother get your act together.
