I had an emergency which landed me in A&E after one of my acrylic nails (done at a different salon in Hayes) got caught while I was cleaning my cooker. The acrylic itself stayed intact, but underneath my natural nail had ripped away from the nail bed almost down to the cuticle. It was extremely painful and honestly quite traumatic.

This was not the fault of any salon — the nails were already 3 weeks old and due an infill, and I was simply being heavy handed while cleaning.

The hospital advised me to have the acrylic professionally removed before they could properly treat the injury, so I called several local salons near Hillingdon Hospital, including the salon that originally did my nails. Unfortunately everyone turned me away due to being busy — except this salon.

The owner was incredibly kind and understanding, and told me to come in and that he would personally help me. I was so grateful. He was patient, empathetic, and extremely gentle throughout the removal, despite how painful and sensitive the nail was. He really took his time and squeezed me in during a very busy Saturday.

Afterwards I returned to A&E where I had to have the natural nail fully removed under 4 numbing injections, so I truly appreciate how careful and compassionate he was during such a stressful situation.

Thank you again for your kindness and help — I genuinely won’t forget it.

And also to add, the salon was very clean and beautifully decorated too.

My nails looks worse than when I came in for infills.
The man doing my nails couldn’t correct them.
Went to the lady working on next chair to him (owners sister I believe) she tried to rectify one finger. I had already been sat there 45 minutes and hadn’t much time left already.
Was charge £36 and completely unhappy.
Worst nails I’ve ever seen in my entire life!!
Have contacted the bank for my funds back

I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year now and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. After struggling for years to find a nail salon where I truly felt comfortable, I finally found it here.
The team is incredibly welcoming and professional, and the customer service is outstanding. They always do their best to accommodate appointments, even when they’re busy, which I really appreciate.
The hygiene standards are excellent, the work is always beautifully done, and the prices are very fair for the quality of service you receive.
I’ve tried many salons over the years, but this is the only place where I consistently feel relaxed and confident in the results. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and professional nail salon!

Clean and accommodating salon! Really happy with my experience and would visit again. I came early and was able to have my manicure and pedicure as a walk in, which was perfect as I had my baby with me which they were very understanding about. One of the best nail salons locally!

Unreal service from Vincent. I had booked a full set of acrylics for 11:30am and left by 12pm. Couldn’t believe how quick it was done. Not only was it a quick service but the quality of the work was amazing!! I have no intention of going anywhere else. Very friendly staff, clean environment and amazing service.
