First time attending this nail shop absolutely in shock with the outcome I asked for a snowflake on one nail and got a deformed tree, went back to get rectified and got a refund before pictures and after I went to a different nail shop pictures below.

The nails are lovely however they charged me £38 for a set of acrylics despite them being listed as £30 in the shop window and on their price card. They didn’t show me the card machine when I paid by contactless. When I returned the next day to query this I was told I had gel powder. I pointed out I had asked for acrylic and eveb if I’d had gel powder this is also listed as £30 and they said the extra £8 was for having a colour on acrylics which doesn’t make sense as you always pick a colour. They couldn’t explain the price change and then ignored me. The nails are really good quality but definitely confirm prices and check the number on the card machine before you pay.

I've been going to this nail shop since it first opened about 7 years ago!! I've always been very happy with my nails, lovely Linh & her staff!! If she's busy when I phone, she'll always call me back, highy recommend a visit!! 😊

They ruined my nails and my nail bed. Very unprofessional, they definitely need training here. Quick to take your money. There are other shops nearby that are way more professional. I really regret going to this nail shop.

DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely ruined my nails. I saw it wasn't going right and asked a couple of times if there's a problem, they said, don't worry there will be another coat of polish. Cuticles messy and varnish all over them + under my nails! One nail was so bad there was a solid polish bead set on one side. All uneven and horrible. I asked them to remove colour altogether and when drilling it off he completely messed up my nails and left cuticles bleeding. I've never in my life had such a bad experience.

Lovely place. They treat you like family and take proper time. I've never had painful bleeding fingers after getting my nails done here, unlike the other places in the area.
