I adore Tina nails and everything it stands for!

My sister converted my from my usual nail shop and I haven't been anywhere else since.

The standard here way outshines anything else we have by a mile!!

The staff are always friendly and chatty, the shop is always impeccably clean with fresh hand towels in a warmer(not the paper kind) and lovely hand cream to finish off with.

The colour selection is endless and they are always happy to accommodate any requests for designs.

The finish is always amazing and I have never ever left here anything less than ecstatic with my experience.

Fiona is a true Boss Lady who takes her responsibility as a business owner very seriously and I have nothing but respect, love and admiration for her. 💚💚💚

I have my infills and pedicure regularly with the amazing Wendy, and always leave with a top tier quality finish.

Shout out to the friendly, respectful staff who look after the whole family, including my elderly Mum who they all call "Mum" too🤗. Highly recommend

We’ve been coming to this salon for over two years — my mum, my partner, my brother and I — and we couldn’t be happier. We go more than twice a month and we’re always welcomed with a smile. The staff are absolutely lovely: warm, kind, attentive, and professional. They always make us feel at home from the very first moment.

They truly listen and always take the time to recommend colours or styles that suit me best — and they always get it spot on! My partner and brother only come for pedicures — and they love it. They refuse to go anywhere else!

One thing I really appreciate is how kind and helpful they are with my mum. She doesn’t speak English, but they always go out of their way to make sure she feels comfortable, understood and well looked after.

Every detail is taken care of, and we always leave feeling relaxed, pampered, and happy. We genuinely recommend this place with our eyes closed. Thank you for always treating us so well!

—Disappointed by the Rudeness Despite Good Nail Work—

I’ve been going to this nail salon in my neighbourhood since 2021, mainly because they do nails quite well. However, the consistently rude behaviour from several staff members has become impossible to ignore.

On multiple occasions, I’ve felt uncomfortable with how the staff speak in their own language while looking at clients, seemingly making fun of them. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, assuming it was a language barrier—but today's experience was the final straw.

I returned today to get my loyalty card stamped for the mani-pedi I had done yesterday and to fix a damaged toe nail. One of the staff members, wearing a mask, explained something about needing a new card and using a £5 discount next time. I couldn’t hear her clearly, so I politely asked her to repeat it. Instead of clarifying, she raised her voice, tore up my card, and almost-literally threw the £5 note at me in a very rude manner.

When I calmly asked why she was shouting, she cooled down a bit giving me a new card and saying do you understand now.

Meanwhile, another staff member was redoing the damaged toe nail. But during this time, I could clearly sense that the staff were talking about me in their language, laughing and making comments. I may not understand the language, but I’m not naïve—I know when I’m being mocked.

I’ve also heard similar complaints from friends who used to go there but stopped because of the staff’s attitude.

To be fair, their nail work is good, and the lady at the first counter near the cashier is always polite and friendly. But others are inconsistent and often display unnecessary attitude. We’re paying for a service—not asking for favours—and basic human decency should be a given. This isn’t the only nail salon in London, and I hope they realise that professionalism matters just as much as skill.

I've been getting my meni and pedi done almost every 2-3 weeks, but don't think I will go there anymore after today.
