Google Best nails I’ve had - really friendly! Went towards the end of a Sunday & they still took the time to do everything to a high standard, great shape and great attention to detail on the polish!

Google Came here because my usual place was closed and needed a pedicure. Sadly one of the worst pedicures I’ve had. I wanted to like this place due to all the 5 star reviews. I had to request the shape I wanted several times. They didn’t have colour samples for me to view, I had to choose from a bottle. I ended up just showing a picture. The gel was very messy and I was told this would be ‘cleared up’ afterwards. Never experienced this elsewhere before. The end result is still messy with clumps of top coat in the edges of my nail beds and my skin has been cut in several places. I rarely feel the need to write bad reviews but I tried to voice what was not right but was just shut down. I sent a picture to my regular nail tech and they were shocked.

Google Awful service. Walked in and it was chaos in there. We had a booking but they clearly forgot about us and accepted lots of walk ins. Didn’t acknowledge us at all, didn’t apologise for being late or show any kind of urgency despite being late. This was my wedding nails appointment and I’ve been here before, I thought I could trust them but I will not be going back. Very disappointed. No care for people at all.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, especially as this was your wedding nails appointment. We completely understand how important that appointment was and how disappointing it must have felt to not be acknowledged or updated properly.
It was a Bank Holiday and the salon was extremely busy. On the day, many customers with appointments also had to wait up to 30 minutes, as some appointments took longer than expected due to more complicated nail designs. Unfortunately, this caused delays that were very difficult to avoid.
However, we accept that we should have communicated better. We’re very sorry that you felt let down, especially as you had trusted us before. Your feedback is taken seriously, and we will be reviewing how we manage bookings and walk-ins during busy periods so this does not happen again.
