When I arrived I was greeted with a friendly smile and reassured me I would be seen to soon.

Was offered a drink a couple of times. This is not always common in salons. I was impressed with this.

My hair stylist came over and introduced herself asked me what i want done to my hair, she listened and followed all instructions.

She was very gentle and quick and neat. Very nice to talk too

Loved my ponytail. Very happy with service , I will be back again .

I had my eyebrows done.My Ombré eyebrow result are amazing and I’ve been receiving lots of positive comments. The service is professional and friendly.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Sasha Hair and Beauty Salon for the first time yesterday for a diva glam makeup service. Firstly, let me say my face was "BEAT TO THE GODS" and lasted all evening into the early hours of the morning! From the minute I stepped inside of her salon she was so warm and welcoming. She made me feel so at ease and her work is impeccable!!! I can guarentee that you will leave her salon very satisfied and looking your utmost best. Thank you so much Sasha. I really enjoyed the experience at Sasha Hair Salon. My stylist was very gentle and cared for my hair, putting it in Marley twists... looked fabulous! I'm very pleased with the service and will go there again.

I went in for a relaxer + style and I didn’t have the best experience. When my hair was getting washed the water was going from hot to cold which resulted in her having to boil the kettle (which made everything 10x longer). The shop is also extremely cold so I’m not sure if she is not paying the gas/water bill… when entering I didn’t receive the warmest welcome from the owner of the place. It’s supposed to be a luxurious experience but if I’m honest I did not feel that at all. It’s a shame as I love to support black owned businesses but after this experience this is the reason why it’s difficult to do so.

Back again and this time I had the full works. Hair, Nails and makeup. Service is impeccable as always and I am a customer for life! Absolutely loved all 3 and had soooo many compliments on my nails and makeup in particular. Simply amazing!!!
