This place is excellent for eyebrow threading! I’ve been multiple times and they always are so friendly and efficient and do an excellent job. I’m in and out within 10 mins (doesn’t feel rushed, I just don’t require extensive threading personally) and there’s minimal pain and no irritation on the skin afterwards, and even the smallest stray hairs are gone.

Price also unbeatable. Highly recommend.

I came 4:45 for my appointment at 5 and they didn’t respected my time at all , saying they had a client and that it was her time when it was 5 pm already they told me they couldn’t take me when I already prepaid online . They told me to come other day when I can’t because I leave , the girl was not nice at all and they left me waiting not respecting at all my appointment.

Had a haircut here with Kim and she did absolutely amazing! She followed the picture I showed her perfectly and did my curtain bangs so nicely. Friendly and lovely service too!

Had a wash, cut and blow dry with Kim and I’m so happy with the result! She really listened to what I wanted and gave great advice on what would suit my hair. The cut is exactly what I asked for and styled beautifully. She was also really friendly and made the whole experience relaxing. Would definitely recommend booking with Kim!

Received the best customer service by Ash. Not only did she give me a quality deep cleansing facial treatment but she also made time for threading and to wash my hair - both not planned, and both appreciated. Customers should specifically ask for Ash and I know she will go far in her career too!

I don't like to leave bad reviews, and I was excited for my appointment, the lady was nice, however at the end, when I saw the result and the quality, I realised it was really poor comparing to other Asian's salons I've been.

The colour is wavy and uneven, but she said it would be fine after the top coat. The base coat was touching my skin, the shape of the gel polish around the nail is not consistent, feels like something I could have done myself and save £30ish.

Please see the images in detail and judge for yourself on the quality.

I'll not return or recommend (unfortunately).
