*seems like there are many of the same reviews so I’ll add mine *

-Went in for a haircut as I needed a really quick wash an cut
-The aesthetic of the place is terrible
-I’m a hijabi so Was told prior know one would come in or could see in as I did not want my hair to be shown but the huge windows were completely see through the chair was practically touching the clear windows with people walking by every few seconds and felt SO uncomfortable as I’ve never taken my hijab off anywhere before only to be put front faced for the world to see
-the lady did not speak English but I assumed she would take necessary precautions (did not happen)
-as I walked in lady was too busy on her phone & told me to settle myself in and then came to wash my hair
-hair wash was not thorough at all no idea what she used and was done in 5 minutes
-Moved onto the chair No products were used she did briefly ask what and how I wanted cut just showed a picture
- hair cut was fine but the front layers are so short that it came up to the top of my cheek. *7 months later I’m here to add that it’s only just come down to my chin😭*
-while my hair was being done the hair dryer kept on stopping and falling apart (broken)
- I felt very uncomfortable with the amount of people walking past as-well as that I noticed many things wrong with the space (as previously mentioned) eg Cleanliness, lack of products and overall atmosphere.
-One thing that I really felt uneasy about is the hairbrush being used on my head was full of hair not even cleaned before the next client (me)
-disposable hair tools should be provided
-if you are paying for a service regardless if it’s fairly cheap there is certain limit …
-this leads me onto the next and final point, I was told one price but ended up paying more due to the lack of English spoken which the lady then expressed to the main Turkish guy (owner) saying that my hair is long and she asked for this and that when I was told on the phone prior the set price,BUT it would not be a problem if the overall service and result exceeded my expectation but clearly from this review you can tell otherwise.

OVERALL You are much better off paying A-bit more in a more civilised welcoming known HAIR salon (not an all in one salon 🤨) than these small unhygienic/uninviting places.

Do not and I REPEAT don’t waste your money on these places you may think you’re supporting a small business but these places take advantage of you especially when you don’t speak up ie ME.

I’ll stick to my Harrods blow dry bar and Aveda hair salon where I pay the SAME for a service that I know I’ll receive 😊

Really friendly owners who created a very welcoming atmosphere. The man who did my nails was also very helpful when it came to choosing a color and did a great job with my nails. Highly recommend!

Avoid any facials and massages in this place, you're better off going to an actual Thai Massage place which is better. Too pricey for what they offer as well. Went previously and the facial was good but I guess it depends on who you get on the day, the service isn't consistent.

i came to this place today to get my eyebrows done and they completely ruined my eyebrows!!! i’ve spent months growing them out to get them thicker and i even told the technician a few times not to make them too thin and she still did! i’ve never had my eyebrows this thin before, even when i’ve come to this place before (had a different lady, not sure what any of their names are). not only are they too thin but she also took off hairs at the front so now they are too far apart!!!

i expressed to her how unhappy i am with my eyebrows and she called over two other workers (that hadn’t seen my eyebrows prior to getting them done) and they all said my eyebrows look fine and they tried saying how i’m the first customer to ever complain (which is hard to believe from some of the negative reviews i’ve just seen). one lady even tried accusing me of complaining just because i “didn’t wanna pay”. i can’t ever imagine being that unprofessional towards a customer. i told them how i’ve been going to the nail shop a few doors down called nails 4 you for over 10 years and have never had any problems with them so it was never about payment!

i know there wasn’t much they could do to fix my eyebrows as it’s not like they can glue the hairs back on but it’s about the unprofessionalism they showed towards me. they kept offering me other services like tinting but said they would still charge me! how can they charge me for an extra service that 1. i didn’t ask for and 2. is their mistake. then we kept going back and forth with them offering 35% off the next time i come, then 50% off etc. as if there would be a next time?????

in the end one of the techs called the manager, who i also spoke to over the phone, and he said i don’t need to pay. it’s just a shame now because i’m stuck with these thin, lopsided brows for the next couple of weeks!!! definitely wouldn’t recommend this place at all!

Came here today and last week - eyebrows, upper lip, and now pedicure. All staff are really lovely and knowledgeable about the service they are giving. I asked for advice on hair, and they gave really good advice, so I will come back for my hair and other services. Great place!
