Horrible horrible experience! Within 3 hours of getting gel nails, they all came off. No apologies from the salon, no refunds. They said they need to “physically” see me to see if I’m saying the truth. They also said that their staff can’t do something like this. Would never recommend.

Lovely shop but the quality has changed.

When I used to go years ago they used to cut dead skin from the cuticle and clean under the nail bed. The lady didn’t bother.

I was in a rush so decided to go to the shop as it was close. I had a plan black infill. I let the lady with the glasses take her time but she was so slow, so slow I started to be late for my next appointment. I chose black thinking she would be quicker, as she was filing the nails very slow but she was slow with everything. Any time someone would walk in or if there was a conversation she would want to stop or be involved.

Also her attention to detail was really bad even with glasses, she kept drilling my cuticles and just saying ‘oh, sorry’. fortunately it was the shapping drill and not the remover drill. It didn’t hurt bad in the shop but as I’m home and wash my hands etc it stings, I’ve never experienced that. I’ve never had that before it was just an infill

slow, clumsy and even more then I pay for my local. I don’t recommend unless you are desperate and don’t go to the older one with the glasses. She’s nice but not great. The shape is nice. That’s all.

The nails seemed to be purposely not painted to the end of the nail bed. Good prices, but you’re getting what you pay for. After a week my nails looked like they were painted 2-3 weeks ago.

Came to get my acrylics removed and the guy didn’t even bother to remove properly, I had to tell him that there was so much left. He kept filing and drilling my nails to the point they are red, burning and stinging. He’s completely ruined my nail beds that were very healthy before. Don’t come here and waste £15.
