Poor service, done without accuracy and perfection. Manager adamant about her perfection on micro blading, what pictures they display on website on their work done is a complete lie have attached picture of their micro blading service. The reality of their service is they list their micro blading service on Groupon when a customer purchases their service they intentionally spoil the shape of customer eyebrows and provide substandard service, and then state they will improve on the next touch up session which is £200. This is exactly what the manger told me when I told her she didn't follow the eyebrow mapping and created my left eyebrow too dark no micro blading hair strokes can be seen attached is a picture. Like other customer reviews they spoil eyebrow /eyelashes treatments so the customer returns and lands up spending more money. This clearly displays how another women aesthetic appearance pokes them in their eye. Her own eyebrows she has done well. Have been twice at the clinic to discuss the colour in consultation, the lady Didn't discus anything is consultation appointment not even the colour and finally done job without proper mirror accuracy creating to dark shade. If a customer is paying for service you need to be considerate for the money spent on your service. Don't spent£200 for micro blading with them their service is not worth £20. Staff is completely mannerless, they concentrate more on laughing among themselves commenting in their native language their service is more to laugh at.

Намагався отримати у них консультацію бо потрібно було переводитись із іншої клініки. Від "Glam Laser" зателефонували, викривляли інформацію і намагались всіляко захистити недоліки і помилки тієї іншої клініки.
Не рекомендую.

I’m so glad I found this wonderful salon. The entire team is incredibly professional and friendly, and the hairdressers are true experts. I had a hair treatment, and it was fantastic ,I’m very happy with the results. I also regularly see Nilou for my lash extensions; she always does an excellent, clean, and precise job. Horrible manager, very rude I walk out as he wanted more money for treatment which I didn't wanted, he was very abusive and aggressive.

I like to point out I paid for individual eyelash extensions. They use clusters instead. Which just fell out under 24 hours and look poorly done. They look patchy. Some of the cluster eyelash are floating half way on my natural eyelash.

False add and this will be reported as it illegal to do this to people and do other treatment on people.

I know the difference as I had it done before!

Please note, I end up going to get medical help due to infection due to these eyelashes. I made a complaint again and sent photo. They just ignore me. I end up with painful swelling eyelids which travel to the side on half of my face.

I am so happy i went to Glam for my hair colour. Lovely ladies! They booked me in fast and saved my hair colour :) the hair wash was fab - great head massage. I was shocked at how reasonable they are. Tea and biscuits was a great touch. I will be back !

My wife was going regular to have hair washed never seen on time they treated her badly. Soaking her clothes, staff very rude and talking in their own language over people when washing and doing their hair which is very rude. I definitely would not recommend this hairdressers and my wife will not be using this hairdressers again.

Great experience at this lovely comfortable salon . From pedicures to eyebrows and lashes , hair cut and colour the salon offers a lovely warm and welcoming service and very professional with a great range of treatments . Highly recommend
