My mum booked me into The Dolls London NW for birthday nails and honestly this place has completely changed my opinion on getting my nails done 🩷

From the moment I walked in, the manager and nail tech were so lovely and welcoming, offered me a drink and made the whole experience feel so relaxed and fun. No rushing at all, and my nails came out perfect — the shape and colour are beautiful . The girliest vibe, everything is pink!

I went to The Dolls NW4 for a bikini wax and I was a little bit shy and nervous before my appointment, just because it’s not the most comfortable thing to go in for. But Alina made the whole experience so easy and comfortable from the very beginning.

She was honestly so lovely, friendly and professional. She made me feel comfortable straight away and chatted with me in such a relaxed way that I completely forgot about pain or discomfort. I felt so at ease that I actually decided to go for a Hollywood wax instead! You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to be comfortable and looked after.

Such a good experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be going back to Alina regularly from now on – she’s amazing at what she does. So happy I found her!!

What a little gem! The team is always welcoming and made up of friendly, true professionals. I’ve seen Angela for a pedicure twice now, and she has been incredibly gentle and thorough each time. They also offer a fantastic choice of coffees and teas, which makes the whole experience even more relaxing. I could happily stay there all day and pamper myself from head to toe! I would highly recommend this salon

Without a doubt, the best place in Hendon/brent st for treatment. Great staff and service. Clean and nice vibe. Knowledgeable staff on beauty care and recommendations without being pushy. I’ve tried all the other places Around here, but this is the only one I’d really recommend

I went to The Dolls in Hendon for a relaxing massage with Alina, and it was such a lovely experience. I’d never been to Hendon before, but this was part of my birthday week treat — and I’m so glad I chose this place.

From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm and welcoming. The decor is absolutely beautiful — I’m not even a “pink girlie,” but it gave me all the bubblegum, candy floss, and positive vibes. The whole space just feels light, feminine, and relaxing in the best way.

Alina herself was amazing — she’s so wholesome, warm, and empathetic. You can tell she genuinely cares for people, and that really translates through her hands. Before we started, she took the time to make me feel at ease (which I really appreciated — some places rush that part), and throughout, she kept reminding me to relax. Just when I thought the massage couldn’t get better, she pulled out all the stops!

I left feeling completely relaxed and cared for — the perfect way to unwind before a productive week. I’ll definitely be coming back, maybe for something a little deeper next time. Thank you, Alina — you’re amazing! 💆🏽‍♀️✨

I went to the dolls in Hendon and it was such a great experience. Im so happy with my results, everything from the atmosphere to the staff was amazing.
The interior is so aesthetic and it makes you feel like you deserved to get pampered.
All the staff was so friendly and welcoming, I felt so comfortable and relaxed. 11/10 would recommend

I had the pleasure of having a relaxing massage at the clinic, and once again, it was a truly lovely and relaxing experience. As I always say, the place is just beautiful! I love how they pay attention to every single detail: the wonderful playlist, the decoration, the warm atmosphere.

I’m obsessed with the little pink fridge full of refreshments for the customers oh my goodness, I want one for myself! And they even have a delicate tray for you to place your jewelry before the massage. It’s these small, thoughtful touches that make all the difference.

The ladies were amazing, so caring and professional. Thank you so much, it was such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place!
