I used to be a good fan of this place but it’s now twice that I come when there is availability on the website and I am told there is no longer space and that I need to amend my booking. This isn’t acceptable service when people have traveled under the expectation that there is availability. I’d avoid this place and go further down the road where customers are treated better. I won’t be booking or recommending this place anymore.

Gel chipped after a week so they didn’t set it right. Told me they had the colour I wanted when I came in, when they didn’t. So because of their lie had to get a colour I didn’t even like or ask for, and then charged £5 extra for paint. Gel selection is very limited.

My first time trying Biab and I am so pleased with my nails. The owner is lovely and took his time to educate me about the benefits of BIAB as I was a bit apprehensive, but I am so glad I chose to do them at Lilly’s. I will be back in a few weeks for an in fill x

poor experience had to go back and repair after only one day of the nails being done. Happened to all the nails within the week and was given rubbish excuses as to how its my own fault

Poor service. Had to go back to get the nails fixed two days after getting them done. To then be told it may be due to it not drying properly with them or make up? I have done my nails before its the nail techs responsibility to check and make sure each layer is done properly. I returned to get them fixed only for more to be peeling off.

Never in my entire LIFE have I been descrimated against until I was wrongfully refused service by “TAH” today. I called up during the day to book an appointment for a full set in which he confirmed I could come in at 6pm. Upon arrival at 5:45 he looked at me and refused me service after I’ve been a regular customer here for over 20 years. His reason was “he doesn’t want to hurt me and I like to go to a specific person” although he’s previously done my nails which he’s refusing to acknowledge and also I asked for his name upon booking because he made it clear he was going to be doing them and I was happy with this as I like his work. He point blank refused me and said he can’t do them telling me to come back at a later day so someone else can do them, completely ruining my birthday. I’m sooo disgusted with the lack of customer service and I won’t step foot in this dusty shop a day in my life again. They expected me to argue back or retaliate by smashing the shop but I got up with grace and walked out. I wish them the absolute worst and they will regret this day. You need serious customer service training it’s absolutely disgusting. AVOID!!!!

I’ve been coming here for years and they never disappoint! My manicures and pedicures always turn out perfect, the staff is friendly, and the shop is always clean. Consistently excellent service—I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
