This was an absolutely terrible experience. The work was appalling, my nails were messy, there was polish all over my fingers, and he didn’t even bother to take care of my cuticles. He made one of my nails wonky. When I asked him to fix it, he refused, made fun of it and made faces and completely dismissed my concerns. This was not just bad service was genuinely disrespectful

Absolutely loved my cat eye nails! The service was amazing, the ambience was really relaxing, and I appreciated that they accept walk-ins. Plus, it’s budget-friendly without compromising on quality. Highly recommend!

I had a lovely manicure and pedicure with shellac today, I wish I got the technicians name to personally thank him. He worked fast and efficiently, I fidget a lot and he managed to get me out of the shop without chipping my nails. Tools were clean, the pedicure basin was clean, the bathroom was clean, fresh towels were used, no cross contamination with other clients. All of the staff were friendly on entrance, I was late due to a flat tire and they located and honoured my original booking which saved me money. I was very happy with my visit, thank you Exquisite.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a while now and I’m always happy with the service. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and they remember their regular customers which makes the experience feel more personal. My nails always turn out beautiful and they take their time to make sure everything looks perfect. The salon is clean and relaxing, and I always leave feeling pampered. Highly recommend!

Don’t go here! I came in as a walk in to ask for a manicure, there’s a woman with short black hair asian. She was so rude, and told me to leave as they can’t do what I’m asking (basic french mani). I seen an another girl waiting sitting. Imagine we both end up in a salon nearby and she also tells me she was told to leave and they can’t give her a shellac pedicure manicure combo. We were both shocked as we’re sitting in a new salon across the road just weirded out at her behavior.

Save your money. They don’t want to be kind to customers. We were both treated like shit when we just wanted service. Never will go back, your establishment is trash!
