YES! Absolutely excellent experience! I am so pleased. Ms. Penelope was quick, managed my 4c natural hair well, blew out my hair expertly, followed instruction and clipped my ends. Oh - and they kindly offered me a cup of tea as I waited. I'm sad that I don't live in London, otherwise this would be my go-to salon.

Most attentive hairdresser in London! I have a lot of hair and she took the time to make her magic ( my silk press lasted the longest it ever has!) and also educated me on my hair and advised me on ways to maintain it that work for my lifestyle. The best experience I've had at a hair salon! D'lady very kindly fit me in last minute and worked into all hours of the evening to do my hair without compromising on attention and quality! I was educated from start to finish on my hair and was given in depth advice on how to care for it right down to curating a routine for me to care for my hair ,this kind of care and expertise is something I have never had before and I feel I left not only with the most beautiful hair but also knowing so much more about my natural hair.I had a virgin relaxer done and I was quite apprehensive as it was a big change I felt I was supported ,informed and uplifted every step of the way and I've been loving my new hair the results are better than I could've imagined ! Thank you !!

She is well knowledgeable about the different types of hairs and the best treatment to achieve the client's request. She is very passionate about what she's doing and is very accomodating. I came here for deep conditioning and wig cornrows and it was truly the best experience I’ve ever had for my natural hair! I kid you not, when aunty began to deep condition my hair I was mistaking it for the hands of God!! Aunty DeLady is so experienced at what she does, she puts you at ease, she teaches you about your hair and most importantly, provides a relaxing experience which is fundamental for us black women when getting our hair done. I was having so much fun that by the time my appointment was done, I didn’t want to leave! Her tools and techniques were beyond what I expected, and needless to say she has gained a long term customer in me! I recommend you to invest in a service with DeLady!
