Went to get my lashes, eyebrows and upper lips as I couldn’t go to my usual place. Worst experience ever.
My lashes look so bad. My eyes are only small and I asked her to keep them natural and not to put too many lashes on. She did the opposite and put a a lot of lashes, I look like a peacock. I’ve never had my lashes done where I had to keep my eyes open. The glue kept going in my eye or it would go everywhere. The lady wouldn’t apologise, instead blamed my eyes 😑.
My eyebrows look fine as I only need a tidy up and no shaping. But my upper lips, there’s still hair there. While waxing, she got the wax on my lips and didn’t take it off. Waste of time and money.

The salon is very similar to the multitude of low cost, walk in nail bars that have sprung up in towns all across the U.K.
It does not feel professional and is not a relaxing experience but is relatively cheap (£25 for acrylic nails with gel polish). Very much a no frills experience and hygiene and cleanliness appears to be an afterthought.
That said, you get what you pay for and my nails do last about 3-4 weeks, so it’s a very mixed bag. Hate to think where the money is going though….

The Indian lady there is awful .
She does bad lashes & rude.
She wasted my time & money.
Go somewhere else & get what is your money worth .
They do awful nails here so thick & it falls off .
They chatting to eachother & the lady on first seat cut my finger twice . AVOID this place :(

The worst manicure I’ve ever had and ever seen. It was lazy and horrendous. I got them done for a wedding and took them off before the wedding because it was so awful and embarrassing to be seen with. I wouldn’t even pay £1 to have them done again.

Avoid this place at all costs! I asked for a French manicure and ended up with the ugliest nails I’ve ever had! They look beyond awful!! They clearly don’t know what they’re doing and have no idea about customer care! Even after letting them know I wasn’t happy with the result, they refused to redo them because it was late in the day and they were closing up.
