Do not go here! My usual brow salon was fully booked so I went here, which I now deeply regret. I told the lady to keep my thicker brows and just to remove any stray hairs. When she finished, my brows were really thin because she had taken so much away. She applied alovera gel afterwards but it smelt really bad, like vinegar. I had to thoroughly wash my face as soon as I got home. I’ll have to wait at least 2 months for the brows to go back now. Would not recommend 👎

Worst lashes I have ever done in my whole life ! Even worst than stripe ons. I went for the classic fullset lashes and I kid you not a few lashes had flown off by the time I got to the bus stop by just a cool breeze wind touching the lashes! By day 2 full set of lashes both eyes was completely off! I’m really upset about this! I do not recommend this service to anyone unless u want a quick day classics!

I have been coming here for the last 2 years. It has been a hit and miss with eyebrow threading depending on which lady you get who does your treatment.

A lady called Kiran did my eyebrows and she was amazing! No pain, really quick in threading (within 5mins) and made a really lovely eyebrow shape. Please give her a raise!!! Unfortunately, she has been working in Central for the last few weeks.

I went last week to get my brows done, and saw there were two ladies working and thought I’d try them. I said hello to which I got a stiff response. I asked if Kiran is working today and when she will be back, where she’s gone, and the lady responded all stiff and stuck up “she’s not working here, I don’t know, she’s working at central”. The lady then started talking to her colleague in her language (I understood), complaining about having to work and not get days off because the other lady is working at a different branch.

She kept stopping mid way whilst doing my eyebrows to chat, and was pulling my skin and a single hair each time she threaded causing so much pain. I then asked to check the mirror and saw she didn’t make any shape just a tidy, which I could do this myself with a tweezer!

So I asked her to shape the middle of my brows to which she has ended up taking out a hair from the middle! I now have a random gap in my brows, so she messed it up!! I also asked for cooling gel myself!!

As soon as I got up from the chair, the elder lady then asked the next customer to sit down straight away. I asked her where should I pay as no one is at the till.. she said to give her the £5, I said I only have a £10 note so need change, to which she then said “didn’t you also get your upper lip done?” I responded with “no?!” .. clearly she paid no attention to me whilst I was getting my treatment. Only moaning to her colleague that she has to work on weekends and cover since it’s just them two working, also that they will finish early instead of 5pm etc.

Why are you working here then? Very poor customer service. I’ve decided to look elsewhere for my brows, seeing as the lady I go to is no longer working here!

I went for some individual lashes. I don’t know what glue they use but it stung so badly it felt like acid. Unbelievably painful. It took hours for the pain and eye watering to subside. I literally had to go home and go to bed I felt so awful.
