Bad lady don’t know what is doing I ask for a simples braids anda I show de picture and she do the opposite and don’t give the braids the same size some braids bigger than other and don’t brush my hair and she was Untangle my hair pulling with her ands and hurt me

I really didn’t want to leave this review, the lady was so nice and always smiling. But I need to be honest
I was looking to do just simple Cornrow and wash bearing in mind this was my first time visiting the place I didn’t want to do anything big. So started off when only washing my hair once after me saying that I had twists before. Then when blowing drying wasn’t done properly almost nothing was applied to my scalp. Then applied wax to my hair which left it all white at the front ,the pattern and 5 cornrow were horrible. Literally looked like those you do when appliyibh a weave on top just anyhow.
Once I got home I just took it off my hair was glued together because of the wax. I would never go back there. Spent money for no reason

This was my first time at Be Bold, walking through the door I was met with Beatrice, she has the brightest smile and is very welcoming. Anna her assistant is absolutely hilarious and between the 2 I had a lovely experience. I opted for single plaits and I have to say Beatrice is the faster plaiter I've ever known. She asked me what style I wanted, whether I wanted full or flat plaits, and the size. Generally asking numerous questions to ascertain what exactly I was looking for, this was a first for me and I loved it. The plaits themselves are THE BEST I've ever had, they look amazing. I will definitely be returning!!!

Avoid this place!!!!

I went to this salon a few months ago just to have cornrows,called before hand they gave me one price and when I got to the salon they wanted to charge something else....to make it even worst the lady did not had an idea of how to do 6 back cornrows after 2h there ended up leaving with my hair full of gel and grease cream and not braided ....And my sister called on a different occasion to ask for prices and they were super rude.

Rather than check the cctv you should invest in more training for yourself or staff🤷🏾‍♀️
