I had the worst customer service here unfortunately.. the staff were trying to cut corners with the style I wanted and ended up doing a very lazy job and I was not happy with them as a whole.. probably will not return here again.

Amazing job with my feet, but definitely doesn’t give you the right advice when needed
All my hand nails are uneven, but she kept saying we paint on your natural nails look better.
Thinking that she might consider to add tips to the ones that are short.

She kept filing them down, not realising that they’re all not gonna be the one same length.

Paid for the Service and walked out not happy this time offered to takeoff and re do and charge me for another full set!!!
It’s a shame because I’ve been going to her for the last 30 years! No consideration of loyalty to a customer.

DISGUSTING PLACE. AVOID!!

The older lady there doesn’t listen. She kept rushing me when I was trying to choose colour. She was very irritable and was speaking badly in her language to her colleagues. She rushed my nails and didn’t do them properly, they look grown out already. The nails are acrylics are not smooth. My nails also hurt for the first couple of days which never happened to me before. Very unpleasant experience. I never really reviews but I felt so disappointed and disrespected.

Very disappointing experience. The pedicurist was rude and dismissive — she began painting my nails without filing or shaping them, and when I asked about it, she raised her voice and told me to “be patient.” She didn’t listen to my requests about the length or ask what shape I wanted, and made them extremely square even though they were clearly rounded when I arrived. I’ve had pedicures for 20 years and have never been spoken to or treated like this. To make matters worse, she appeared to be bad-mouthing me to her colleagues in another language, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. I left feeling upset and unwelcome.

they dont know what they are doing - looked like press ons instead of actual acrylics - they did a terrible job and then even after i said something they charged me for removal

Ive been coming here for years!! And i couldnt be more happier with the service i have every week, the girls are absolutely lovely. ❤️❤️ would definitely recommend, had a few occasions ive had designs too❤️
So polite, hold conversations, meet your needs etc xx
