Nails chipped after two weeks even though they cost £50. The individual doing my nails did them a complete different colour to what I asked, and when I pointed it out I was told that they would look like what I asked for when I “went in the sun”. Also the ATM they send you to to take cash out somehow scanned my card details and tried to take out £800. Do not recommend this place and I will never be back.

I’m never going back. Wasted £43 for ugly extensions and poor service. The technician was careless and unprofessional, she even hurt my skin. I felt uneasy the entire time and had to constantly watch what she was doing. To make things worse, she was loudly chatting with another technician the whole time, it was just uncomfortable, painful hour.

If I could give zero stars for the threading service, I would. The experience was completely unacceptable.
I arrived on time for my appointment, but the staff member was 20 minutes late. I had to chase another member of staff just to get an update, which is frustrating when you’re the one paying for a service.
When I was finally taken into the room, things only got worse. The therapist rushed me, told me to hurry up because she had another client waiting, and even pushed my head down to speed things along. That level of force and lack of respect is completely inappropriate. She then refused to do my eyebrows, which, given her behaviour, I wouldn’t have trusted her to do anyway.
There was no professionalism at all. She tried to blame the situation on “the system” and told me to take it up myself, which is not the customer’s responsibility.
I’ve never had an experience like this before. I may return for other services I’ve had previously, but I will never allow this particular staff member to treat me again.

First time at Vauxhall nails & beauty and will definitely be returning! Went for an acrylic infill and was so impressed with the care taken to make sure my nails were perfect and exactly what I asked for. Staff were very helpful and polite. Left the salon a very happy customer and would highly recommend, thank you!
