I had one of the worst BIAB infill manicure experiences ever at this place. It was my first time there. The girls were nice and welcoming but it was a man who did my nails…. He was absolutely horrible. Not only did he ruin my nail shape and filed them so bad that they don’t even have straight points(even after I asked him to fix it while he was still working on my nails) but he was also extremely rude to me and passive aggressive for no reason at all. He made multiple passive aggressive remarks after I would ask him a question. When he started painting my nails I said I think that’s the wrong colour (even though I knew for a fact that it was because he was painting my nails plain white when I asked for a pinky sort of colour and showed him a reference photo) he basically threw the nail polish colour schemes in front of me and didn’t even say ‘choose’ just went somewhere. When I say he threw it I mean it, I was startled. Made me feel really uncomfortable… why would you have someone like that who treats your customers badly working there? This was really disappointing, I left feeling like I’ve made a bad decision going there and I definitely cannot recommend it. I paid a good amount of money and got treated badly and didn’t even get nicely done nails. Not to mention they don’t even look like the reference photo I showed( which had no design, simple French tip with a pink base…)and are chipped/ overfiled at the edges…

I’ve been coming to perfect nails for a very long time, it’s my local nail salon! They always fulfil my expectations and do exactly what is best for my nails. I have a bad habit of biting my nails but also love having nails so with the advice they give me I trust I’m going to have beautiful nails and train myself not to ruin them. I come back Every time, it’s a comfortable place to be and lovely staff! 100% recommend perfect nails!!

visited a few times and i was please by the results and service.
However, I stepped inside to consult with a nail technician regarding if they was able to execute my desired nail style and the man snatched the phone out of my hand to look at the picture i was showing him! I was very taken a back from this and very offended, The right thing to do is to ask before touching a client’s property. Unfortunately from this interaction I will not be returning and will make sure inform locals of this.

Updated 24/11: The technicians here never let me down, even when I walk in with zero idea of what I want. Within minutes they visualised and suggested the most gorgeous festive cat-eye 3D powder snowflake design (some kind of nail witchcraft, honestly), and then executed it perfectly in under 30 minutes. Every tiny snowflake detail is immaculate. Their creativity, skill and customer service are genuinely some of the best you’ll find in London.

Absolutely love my nails! I came in for an infill and left so happy with the design and finish. My nails were badly damaged before. They really took their time to get every detail perfect. Super friendly team and lovely local vibe.

Updated 03/11: returned for another infill and they consistently did a brilliant job. Loving my new fall manicure.

Nail lady was great. However, if you're booking on treatwell beware that you will have go pay extra in the store. I didn't like that I had already paid online only to be told I had to pay extra because treatwell took 20% off them- that's not the customers issue. Just raise the price on the app or don't advertise there... i liked my nails but i wouldn't go back. That turned me off. I paid nearly 70£ in this economy 🤣🤣 but they did come out nice... I will deffo be going back to my main nail person though.
