Google I’ve just left this nail salon and had mixed feelings at first, but left happy thanks to their excellent customer service. Initially, I was disappointed because my nails came out quite chunky and uneven, with noticeable bumps. When they asked if I was happy, I was honest and said I wasn’t. Kathy, who was absolutely lovely, immediately stepped in to fix them. She carefully reshaped the nails, made them flat and smooth, and now they look uniform and elegant.
I chose a milky white color with a square shape. The color is gorgeous and very classy. Next time, I might go for a different shape, but that’s just a personal preference. What really impressed me was how polite and accommodating everyone was. Even the technician who originally did my nails was kind and understanding. The fact that they redid them for me without hesitation really shows they care about their clients’ satisfaction.
Thanks to their professionalism and attitude, they’ve gained a new loyal client. I highly recommend this place because they genuinely want you to leave happy.

Google I came into the nail shop this morning the male staff member was very rude and impolite I asked to have one nail repair and he said he doesn’t want to do it and walked away.
I attempted to talk politely to the staff member and he continued to ignore me in front of all the customers.
Very disappointed as I have been regularly supporting and getting my nails done since they opened, the customer service is very poor only asking for one nail repair and willing to pay for just the one nail.

Hi Naomi, we’re unsure of this incident as we do not have any male staff as nail technicians. We like to believe that we’re accommodating to all clients and apologise if I this was the case. According to staff , you apologised as you had mistaken our salon for another and showed that you had indeed called another salon as the number did not match ours
We are heavily based on appointments only, meaning we may not have the availability to fit clients in at that given time.

Google got my nails done a week ago, love my nail, lovely atmosphere, lovely people, they were polite and caring. they took their time to make sure i was happy and my nails looked their best.
Only down side they slightly over filed one of my natural nail, there is a small chunk missing on my finger. However, other than that I am happy with the results and the service :)
