worst experience ever, my normal nail artist was closed and I had no choice but to remove my nails, so I went to forever nails and spa which was the worst ever. first the guy was not gentle at all. And at one point the drill that they used to remove acrylics, broke my nail in the middle and it started bleeding, although he did take care of it well and put cuticle oil. at the point he didn’t know what he was doing. he just picked up cuticle oil put it all over my nail and then got this Liquid that started burning. And put a plaster once after that and he gave up an excuse saying that my nail is too thin like I can do anything about that you’re the nail artist you’re the one who’s supposed to be taking care of my nails. at the end of the day, he charged me 10 pounds when it was meant to be 13 pounds at least I did get a discount but will never be coming again.

I have been going here for years and absolutely love this place. They always do my gel manicure and pedicure perfectly and beautifully and they stay brilliant until my next appointment. I have tried many other places in the past and they are no where near as good as Forever Nails and Spa. I would highly recommend this place. They are very friendly and super talented. 10/10!

Best nail salon in Kingston Upon Thames which is why I have been going now for 14 years.
The staff are so professional and friendly and Andy is the diamond of this establishment.
Always a fantastic experience at Forever Nails. I didn't have to wait for my appointment as I book in advance. I found the exact colour shade I wanted, and the leg and foot massage was wonderful. My feet feel like I'm walking on air. Thank you.

Today I went to Forever Nails. Previously Harry had done a great job of my gel manicure and regular pedicure. He said I make your nails beautiful, and he did! But Today I had Fam (or Fan) and I asked for gel manicure and she talked about powder and infils, but I did not understand what she was saying as I have only ever had a gel manicure before. Her English was limited. So I asked for gel manicure. She did my pedicure and was distracted looking around and chatting in Vietnamese. I could see how attentive and caring Andy (who I believe is the owner) was to his customer in the next chair. But Fam (Fan) was not really interested and not thorough at all. I let this go, but she did my manicure, and it was awful, so lumpy. She got so angry with me and started shouting. I felt attacked, and really tearful. I have never been spoken to like this. Andy was lovely and he asked Harry to start again and do my gel manicure. In the end I was there 3 hrs! Andy was apologetic. But Fam (Fan) is in the wrong job. She definitely is not happy and she has anger issues! Sadly I was looking forward to treat myself to a gel manicure and regular pedicure, but left feeling disappointed and upset. I really did not deserve Fam (Fans) anger. Andy and Harry were very kind. But sadly my afternoon was ruined.
