Hi,
I’ve just visited Happy Nails and I’m extremely disappointed with my experience.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years, which makes this even more upsetting to write. The staff member who did my nails was very rude. When I politely pointed out a bump on my thumb (caused during the BIAB application) and asked if it could be fixed, she responded dismissively and actually smacked my hand, saying “I know, I know, I’ll do it” in an irritated tone.
This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable. As a paying customer especially at £42 for BIAB—I expect a basic level of professionalism and respect.
Unfortunately, after today, I won’t be returning. There are many other salons offering both better service and a more welcoming atmosphere.
I felt it was important to share this feedback as a long-standing customer.

Extremely welcoming and accommodating. I hurried into this nail salon during my lunch break, pressed for time, and I was able to return to work promptly. They provide a soft drink, which was very convenient since I had rushed to this establishment. My nails turned out nice, and I will certainly return to this nail salon.

Extremely poor service, the guy is so argumentative and doesn’t listen to you as a customer. Booked appointment only to be told after having waited half an hour after my appointment that I will have to wait 2 hours. I was a loyal customer but after having received this appalling service and no apology at all, I am never going there again. They are overpriced as well.

Its been not even a week the gel has gone down so fast very surprisingly - also after we finished with the nails the nail technician didn’t massage my hands with the lotion whilst she massaged the lady before me and we were getting the same nails which it was a bit of weird she told me theres the lotion you can do it 😅.

New to the area and tried happy nails for the first time. I was very happy with the service and treatment by the staff. Mia did a beautiful set of cat eye nails for me!

I only choose happy nails for my biab manicure. All the staff are friendly and very skilled. Mia is my first choice as she gets the exact shape and makes them thin. Hate fat nails 😡😂 competitive prices 👍 10/10

I went yesterday to get my nails done and happily paid the amount due. When I left, I realised the base colour was a little off from what I wanted as only one coat had been applied, so my actual nail was peeking through. I returned the next day after work explaining my concern to the male nail technician (also the owner of the salon), who responded aggressively telling me that it was my fault for not telling him to apply more than one coat. You think it would be his job to know since hes qualified.
He proceeded to tell me to get out and that if I needed a colour change I would have to pay an additional £25 which I told him wasnt fair, however I was willing to do so in this case. Yet , after waiting for an hour and inquiring when he would do them, I was told the salon was closing and that he couldn't.
This was an extremely disgraceful experience and I will not be coming back ever again- an apppalling example of being treated with no respect. I would not recommend this place to anyone if you wished to be treated with kindness.
Avoid this place at all costs.
