We went to Kingston Superdrug store for the first time, and was looking for some products and got confused, suddenly from staff one girl turned up name Radhika and asked us how can i help you, she was very friendly and helpful, she was polite and helped us to find all products which we want and also gave us the best suggestions.

Very poor experience today at the beauty bar when they refused to do my eyebrows despite me visiting other stores on numerous occasions and me offering to contact the other branches to get them to confirm I had no allergies. Shout out to the extremely rude manager (young, blonde girl) who didn't want to come and speak to me in the first place then said she didn't care if I left a bad review and wasn't bothered if I shopped in their store again. Poor staff with zero experience in customer service and bad attitudes. I will not be returning to this store again !

I received excellent customer service here. Regrettably did not catch the name of the lady who helped me but when I visited on 18/10/25 at around 6pm she was so pleasant and helpful. Helped me find the perfect foundation. Thank you

Great selection of items, and Matusha in the makeup aisle, along with a kind Indian lady with glasses at the cashier, helped me and my friend find the perfect shade of lip liner, while also teaching us how to use our student discounts! It was a great and fun experience <3

Long lines and never enough staff behind the till. I'm in line just now and 2 people serving and 5 wondering around shop doing nothing. Also what is with million qestions at the till. This is why it takes so long. If you can't speed up get self service tills. Ridiculous.
