Had my BIAB nails done by Marta and I’m so happy with them 🤍 She really took her time, asked exactly what I wanted, checked the shape properly throughout and didn’t overbuff my nails at all. You can tell she really knows her stuff. Also met Nadia the manager who was so friendly, welcoming and lovely from the moment I walked in. Such a nice atmosphere overall, I’ll definitely be back ✨

Maxima Did my nails, gotta say she did such a good job, very patient with me and my indecisiveness and was so good especially with the details! I had no appointment and they slipped me right in, I also had damaged nails and they advised me on BIAB, which was so nice of them. Prices were good given the quality and time taken on them.

I do not recommend at all. I do not live in this area, I live 1.5 hours away. I was in the area for the day with my best friend and she googled the nearest nail salon to us and this one looked very aesthetically pleasingl. We both booked in for an acrylic infill and went at 5.30, our appointment was at 6pm so we were early. They started on us both at 6.20pm. There was no apology for being late or any of the sort. I had a lady do my nails and my friend had the man. The lady was so rough and we’re both rushing so much. When I had told her my nails look thick and sooogdy, she said ‘I’ve got to go I can’t fix it call the manager’ it was totally unprofessional. I called the manager and she advised both me and my friend not to pay but it wasn’t about not paying, I wanted them to fix it but the lady refused and was extremely rude. My nails look awful and she overfilled them that they feel sensitive and mine and my friends cuticles hurt because they used their thumbs to push back our cuticles. She also said that it was due to my previous nail tech that my nails looked like this. But surely as a nail technician she would have told me from the beginning that she cannot work on my nails unless completely removed and a fresh set put on? I would never come back ever and it wasted two hours out of my day. They are not professional at all.

I had a walk in appointment and my nails have never looked so good. Maxima did rose nail art and extensions and they came out perfectly!! Couldn't be happier, great experience.
