I want to point out that I had already responded to your original review, which you later deleted. This is now the second version you've posted, and I feel it's important to clarify a few things for accuracy and transparency.

When you arrived at the salon, I specifically asked for your daughter’s age, and you stated she was 16—not 15. As a professional, I don’t offer age-based discounts, and I would also advise that clients under 16 are generally not recommended to receive certain nail services. This is something to consider before making an appointment.

Regarding pricing, you were quoted £52 before we started, based on the complexity of the design shown. While you did appear unhappy with the price at the time, you chose to proceed. The inspiration photo you showed me featured nails created using a Russian manicure technique, which you did not book. As a result, the final look will naturally differ.

The appointment took approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes—not two hours—and a design of this nature typically requires a minimum of two hours to execute properly. I did everything I could within the time allowed, despite being rushed during the process, which made it difficult to complete every detail to perfection—especially the flowers.

Throughout the appointment, I repeatedly asked your daughter if she was happy with the service, and she said yes. I always aim to maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere so that all clients—especially younger ones—feel comfortable sharing any concerns. At no point during or immediately after the appointment did she express dissatisfaction.

You later contacted me, stating that the flower design didn’t match the photo. I offered to fix the flowers free of charge. Unfortunately, when you returned to the salon, you became verbally aggressive, shouting and threatening staff. You also stated that if I didn’t provide a full refund, you would have your family leave one-star reviews. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable, and we do not tolerate intimidation or disrespect toward anyone in our salon.

I want to assure all clients that my work speaks for itself. I’m always open to resolving issues professionally and calmly, but I will also stand by my team when faced with unreasonable and unfair treatment.
