I took an appt for my mom to have a pedicure there today tuesday 19 may at 3 pm, she went there with the help of a friend, my mom is disable, on a wheelchair, and an old lady. She felt unwelcomed at all, they did not try to speak to her, or assist her, and refuse to do the pedicure for her. Such unkind, rude attitude. Such a disappointment.

hi there as i came to do my nails today there was 1 lady who didn’t have experience or something she was just doing fast and rudely behaviour when i told her that i want little bit small nails she goes no if you dont wanna do it i can pass to someone else to do ur nails she hurt my finger aswell was bleeding she didn’t even ask if u oki or not what kind of staff you keeping that hurting clint and not even asking and do what ever they want we want our choice how we want not what you want so can you please respect the clint and make sure that customers are happy thanks very bad experience she had.

I am always so happy with the quality of my nails, they always replicate the original inspo. Michael was so nice and had so much patience. My appointment ran over the shop closing time, but he was so sweet, didn’t rush the appointment and made sure I was happy with my nails. Thanks Michael! Would definitely come back again!

Really rude staff. Do not care or have any customer service. Cheap products that don't last. After 1 week, Shellac Polish did not chip but started changing colour/fading. They tried to tell me i chose from a colour wheel that was labelled as changing colour. Not true as they could not find the colour on my nails on two wheels labelled as changing colour. Then said I must have done something at home to change colour.🤣. They refused to do anything about it and kept talking in foreign language amongst themselves. It was literally a Polish change to rectify issue but they rather loose customers instead. Greedy!

Went for pedicure and just to paint the hand nails. Called before arrival, asked whether if we need to wait? Someone answered saying, no waiting time. When I arrived, the old man with a frown face is very rude to asked why am I there? Ofcoz to paint my nail.. what else? I explained about my call and what I need to be done. He was talking to another woman in their own language, and said £40 for both without any extensions. I agreed and when I was done the woman asked £60, reason for £20 extra was my nail for slightly thick😂 cheating people. Rude front desk man. Totally waste of service.

I went to place just to asked if they have any time to do my nails the old man was seat there he’s so rude even when he was answering me he didn’t even look at me as a customer 👎🏻poor customer service!
