My first time at Lotus & Lavender, but definitely not my last. I’m absolutely delighted with my nails — I can’t stop looking at them! The care and attention to detail made such a difference, and I’m so glad I finally gave this place a try. After many disappointing manicures in the UK, I’ve finally found a salon that truly does an excellent job. Grace did a BIAB infill and listened carefully to what I wanted, delivering it perfectly. My husband and I discovered this place in 2004 and come here regularly. It's pristine and very professional. Both of us have had problems with our feet, but no more. Much better than a chiropractor and less costly. Amy, Tommy and Tui are excellent. Highly recommended.
I wrote this review some years ago. As always we are delighted with the work and the service regarding manicures and pedicures. Recently I've had hot salt massages which leave me feeling relaxed and my skin feels so soft. It's like a detox. I'd recommend it

This is absolutely my favourite place in London for manicure, pedicure and hot salt massage.

It is a very clean salon with no chemical smell, and the atmosphere is elegant and relaxing at the same time.
