Customer service was appealing . Waited for 2 hours in a cold room only to ask the lady who arrived an hour after me to come forward. When I protested, I was ordered to leave. The lady sat there saying nothing. It was disappointing. I would not recommend the nail bar.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went previously 2 weeks ago to get my nails done for my holiday and at first I was pleased with the readily but one day into my holiday they started to just fall off. This surprised me as I’ve had acrylics done from many other shops before and never has this occurred. By the end of my holiday all the acrylics had fallen off!! I went back as soon as I came back from holiday and the lady tried to blame myself and said my pictures were from a different date ( as my father had sent them to me ) I had to go get my fathers phone to tell her the day the pictures were taken and she still proceeded to say well it’s to late . Eventually she redid my nails 3 days ago but as you can see by the pictures all of them accept the thumbs have fallen off . For your own safety I’d never set foot in this salon

Popped in quickly to treat myself for a plain gel manicure, lady did a great job. Prepped the nails thoroughly and had a huge choice of colours. I’m very happy and will be back.

The worst experience ever. The first and last time I visit this place. Both the ladies are abnoxious and very rude.
They are slightly cheaper than the other salons in the area and that is definitely reflected in the service and attitude.
They both told me that the nail polish would last ONE day… because it was not gel.
She really rushed thr the manicure.
I rarely write reviews but felt so annoyed, I felt I had to share this.

Went twice to get full set ombre acrylic nails- both times nails started falling off within 3 weeks. The lady takes 30mins doing your nails in a rush so there is obviously no finish, the nails are thick and not durable! Since management has changed this nail bar is not the same- its my local so very disappointed! Only good thing was the lady did my nail pattern very nice, like the pic I showed her! Have switched to Lotus & Lavender in streatham!

I’m not sure what has happened to this place but I’ve noticed the last few times I’ve come to have my nails done the young lady has an attitude problem and is very rude and aggressive , esp when they are not even doing the service properly and rushing it, going by other reviews it seems to be on occasion and happened to others, the first time I thought it was a one off ( maybe a bad day) but for it to happened again when paying for a service as regular, best believe you will never see me again at this shop, and I would advise others to stay away and find elsewhere, take your hard earned cash and spend it at a place with a welcoming customer service not poor attitude and not even doing the job properly.

I have been attending this Nail Salon for over 5 years. The previous person that was there named Mary and her team were amazing and polite. The experience I had yesterday going into this premises was shocking.

I was very unhappy with the last pedicure I received and I let the young lady that works there now how my experience was on my last visit. She decided to turn around and tell me ‘well if I’m not happy I should go elsewhere’. Moving forward that is exactly what I am going to do. If you cannot handle constructive criticism then your business will more than likely not survive and I can definitely see the downfall of this company. Not only that This is such a disappointment to the reputation of the business.

After my awful encounter here I would recommend people to stay far away from this business because you will more than likely get verbally abused if you’re unhappy with the results. If I could give this place a 0 rating I would.

WORST nail shop ever, the young girl is extremely rude when people walk in. All my nails were different lengths, she rushed it and it looked horrible. I wouldn't recommend this nail shop. Very disappointed and horrible service. I would give it no stars if possible.
