I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at the LV nail salon. I used to love this place, received very good service before, and even recommended it to many friends. But this time, even though I had clearly pre-booked the appointment for the service , I still did not get the expected service. There seemed to be a shortage of staff, which clearly affected the service quality. A man in a white T-shirt did my service, and he was attending two customers at once and seemed to be rushing just to finish quickly without caring about the final result, clearly compromising the service. The process was painful because of the rough speed which he is not at all concerned with, and the nails were not shaped properly. Both hands looked different, the edges were left sharp, and the nails even looked uneven and also the nail polish is there in my fingers, which felt very unprofessional.

I understand the salon may be busy, but compromising on customer service and quality is not acceptable. I really liked this place and wanted to continue coming back, but if the service continues like this, customers will stop returning.

I had such a great experience at LV Nails 68 in Stratford! The two gentlemen who did my nails were incredibly careful and attentive. I have very sensitive skin, and at other places when they cut my cuticles, I often end up bleeding. But here, they took their time, worked gently, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole way through.

The results look fantastic, and I really appreciate the care and detail they put into their work. Even though I don’t remember their names, both nail technicians deserve recognition for their professionalism and kindness. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a safe, careful, and high-quality nail service. This is my only place to go for nails !!

This is my 4th time visiting this nail shop to get a pedicure.
I can't fault it. My feet are perfect every time. The young guy in their is so good. Thankyou so much for doing a good job and always looking after me,and listening to what I want. I recommend this place. And im not going no were else. I cant comment on nails as I don't have them done. But every time I'm in there,I've never heard a complaint. 5 ⭐️

I had a very disappointing experience with Alan yesterday for chrome gel nails. He was extremely rude and did not shape my nails at the same length or shape. The varnish was not even. He told me to wash my hands at home to clean the hands to remove excess varnish. I had to come in today to get the nails redone by someone else who did a good job and tried very hard. I asked for the Owner’s name so I could escalate this as this wasted my time and upset me but I was told there wasn’t one. I didn’t even receive an apology.

I had my nails done today by Alex. He is such an amazing and friendly guy. I absolutely love my nails including the first time he did my nails also. I didn’t post the pictures cah my hands were a bit dry 😭💕💕💕
