One of the worst experiences ever!
My nails look like spatulas, I was cut on 3 fingers with blood pouring out - who knows if the equipment was even sterilised…..
Then I asked to pay via a bank transfer because I didn’t have cash and I saw the lady next to me pay via that method, I was told that I have to go to an ATM.
I would not be returning - terrible looking nails and 3 deep and painful cuts!
If I could, I wouldn’t even give them a star

Worst worst worst nail salon I have been to… The issue is the nails I received not really the staff. They were fairly nice but not friendly. They made the acrylic way too thick and it was a nightmare to remove. The nails would pain me at the slightest impact due to how much excess acrylic there was. It was the most I’ve paid for a fairly simply design. They also started filming my nails for a TikTok live without asking first which wasn’t the best.

the 2 men are nice but they didn't follow the comprehensive steps of getting the nails done which hurts my nails and my nails have been peeled off just 2 days after the treatment.

I have been to this nail salon three times and my nails never lasted at least 2 weeks. They were always falling out. I thought it was my fault but once I went to another 2 different salons , I saw that it was the salons fault. Because it’s been 3 times that I been to the salon and the nails never lasted at least 2 weeks. And they are very expensive. If you want to do a manicure and pedi they will charge £130!!!! I will never come back to this salon ever again. 0 stars. That’s why they are short staffed.

I’m just a walk in client. I had a great service, honestly top notch, kudos to the guy who did my pedicure and manicure, very good at his job, very friendly, engaging and time conscious. Definitely my go to nail shop henceforth!

This boutique is my nail haven. The couple are so talented and always so welcoming. Whenever I want to get my nails done I always leave happy.. Sandra? Gets it. She just gets it. She’s fast & precise. Don’t get me started on when I present new/complex designs.. (need to have an in-depth look in my photo album for all her designs).. but here are A FEW of my favourites.. more to come 😭

I have been visiting this nail salon for years and honestly surprised I haven’t written this sooner. I’m a creative and always coming up with weird and wonderful ideas and they always deliver! From the shape to the style. Besides the quality of work, the customer service is great, whether you want to sit in silence or have a good chat, the staff cater to all needs.
