Went to get acrylic nails showed her a picture and she still did a messy rushed job of it I asked for simple French tip and it’s all so messy underneath the nails dust and nail parts left over the lines are not straight and she barely filed them looks like huge square block nails- what a shame cos it was so local to me but looks like I gotta go elsewhere now and waste of almost £30 🤦🏽‍♀️

Love the design but the nail shape is horrible it’s not even straight and not even a square the nail tech was rushing so fast didn’t even file the nails perfectly and I paid 40 quid for this

After years of coming here, it’s clear that Jennifer’s attitude is a serious problem.

Her behaviour is consistently unprofessional, dismissive, and frankly off-putting. There is a noticeable lack of basic courtesy, and it often feels like she has no interest in dealing with customers at all. It creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and completely undermines what should be a positive experience.

I switched to Maggie, who is professional, patient, and friendly exactly how a customer should be treated. The contrast between the two is stark and makes Jennifer’s attitude stand out even more.

At this point, it’s not just a minor issue it reflects poorly on the business as a whole. Allowing this kind of behaviour to continue suggests a lack of standards and accountability.

Absolutely fantastic customer service — they are always on time and incredibly professional. Appointments are scheduled correctly, and they even offer a grace period if you’re running a little late, which I truly appreciate.
I’ve been coming here for about 20 years, and while some of the staff has changed over time, you still see familiar faces and consistently receive the same warm, welcoming experience.
And the best part? The chairs! Oh my goodness the new massage chairs are amazing. Paired with the relaxing atmosphere and the thoughtful offering of tea, it really feels like a five-star experience every single visit.
Highly recommend — 100%!
