This is my regular nail place for the last few years after trying all the others in Stanmore. Booked an appointment for my mum today and the owner was so kind to her. Really patient despite her age. Thank you for taking your time 💙

It was my first and definitely my last visit to this nail salon. I booked a gel extension and a pedicure with a French tip. During the pedicure, the technician cut my foot with a file. She was constantly looking around instead of paying attention to what she was doing. The cut was small but deep, and it took nearly three weeks to heal.

When you go to a place like this, you expect professional service and trained staff who know what they’re doing. As for the gel extensions, I was also disappointed the nail sizes were not adjusted to my hands, which made them look wide and unflattering. On top of that, they weren’t filed properly and had many uneven edges.

I had a very bad experience and the employee was disrespectful and did a very bad acrylic filling for me. My nails broke after 10 days and the dye fell off my nails. I paid 30 pounds for the filling. Before, it was better service. But now they are trying to reduce the time and add a little gel to the filling to make the nails break after only a week. This is not fair at all.

Honestly love most of the staff at this place but have to draw attention to KAI’s very passive aggressive behaviour - AVOID Kai!
I’ve been coming here for YEARS and recommended many many clients to May and her husband. But Kai was so rude to me this morning trying to shove me out of the salon as I was using the hand dryer when I was getting pedi done. He should have spoken to me directly rather than pulling my foot out the dryer without asking me and telling me I can leave. Not the first time he’s been rude to me as he tried to accuse me of not paying at my last visit when I had and had clearly told the girl doing my nails I had paid. Rather than shouting at me across the salon and accusing me he should have checked with his colleague first. Really upset and hurt by the behaviour

Not reducing stars as really hoping this doesn’t happen again and never had any previous issues with May, her husband and team.

Really good nail salon, been coming since 16 years old. My nails extensions and polish always last long (I go gym, swimming and martial arts often) with no damage to natural nail. The nail techs always try their best to do what I ask for. They do one finger to make sure I’m happy before continuing. Owners are really helpful and nearly always around checking that customers are okay. Shop gets really busy so they try their best to take walk ins.

My mom goes there from few years, and i decided to go aswell been asking them for a short french on my natural nails. the shop become very busy, and because of that one nail tech been working on my nails and then another one take over. I also showed them a inspo pic, but I didn’t get nothing like that. only one coat of colour been applied and the french haven’t been done the way I was expected. Honestly I been so disappointed as I really was excited to get them done. I will definitely not come back.
